I really like working with the brokers through Freightview because it's easy and unique for us to communicate online without having to call them. It makes my job easier, especially when there's no communication on the other side of the work facility, and they even contact customers for me when I'm unable to. I appreciate how straightforward Freightview is with no hidden features; everything is there to see, learn, and use hands-on, making it an amazing website for logistics. My experience using Freightview for the first time this past year showed me it’s way smoother than other logistics facilities. The setup was really easy, and learning it was like, easy peasy. They're always updating the system, communicating with us about updates or shutdowns, keeping it where it needs to be. I like how Freightview allows us to not only compare costs, but shipping times. It's convenient to be able to show the breakdown of each quote as it's created. The NMFC lookup tool has been a game-changer for us, as it's allowed us to ensure we have the most accurate rates we can possibly get for our customers. We also enjoy how easy it is to reference the quotes after the fact, as well as the invoice, so we can confirm the invoice is ready to be paid from a single website, instead of hopping back and forth. I wish there was an address validation tool to check whether customers are at residential or business addresses. Without it, our rates might not be as accurate, leading to invoice and address corrections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Freightview automates everything into one platform for tracking and quoting, so I don't need to contact every carrier to get the best price. The analysis tab is also a favorite feature as it allows me to see the total number of shipments our company did for the year and effectively track whether a package was delivered. The way we can add our truck account is really convenient. The quote interface is great—it’s easy to use and easy to teach others how to use. Customer service is also great and always helpful when we have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Freigthveiw makes booking freight extremely quick and easy while using an easy to operate interface. I use Freightveiw every day and book LTL shipments across multiple carriers with no issues. Being able to save and preload both delivery addresses and frequently shipped items makes booking a breeze. Almost all of our connections are set up through integration, all we have to do is provide the key and they figure out the rest. Also, the platform has great reporting for auditing and recording shipping records. The customer support is great and they will help with just about anything. There is not much that we dislike about Freightview. One thing that can be difficult is shipments booked in the future do not show up on reporting until after the pickup date requested. Also, if USPS rates could be put in that would be a huge game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
