**What do you like best about Cinode?**

I think Cinode is a very good platform that gathers much of what you need in one place. What I like most is that it is relatively easy to use and you quickly get a good overview without it feeling unnecessarily complicated. The interface feels modern and logical, and it's easy to navigate between different parts. The integrations are also a big plus because they make Cinode fit well into other workflows and systems you already use. The performance is stable, and I find that the platform works quickly and smoothly in daily work. In terms of price and ROI, I think the value mainly lies in how much time you can save and how much better structure you get around skills, consultants, and assignments. **What do you like best about Cinode?**

I like that I can easily find the right expertise, add a request to match with the right contact, and create customized CVs by copying an existing profile or CV. Being able to add subcontractors to the network and search for the right expertise among them as well, if I want to, is also a great feature. To integrate our internal AI via Sana is also very helpful for automatic workflows and agents.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

If there is anything I think could be improved, it would be Cinode’s own AI features for rephrasing text, which could use less grandiose words and phrasing. It would also be helpful if the system indicated when too many characters have been reached in different segments, as it cuts off sentences in a CV abruptly when the number of characters exceeds the maximum.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a salesperson at HiQ, Cinode helps solve the challenge of quickly understanding what skills, experience, and availability we have across the organization. Instead of spending time searching manually or asking around, I can identify relevant consultants, match them to customer needs, and build stronger proposals faster.

It also helps create a clearer overview of our pipeline, customer opportunities, and resource planning. That means I can have more accurate conversations with customers, set realistic expectations, and involve the right people earlier in the sales process.

The main benefit for me is that Cinode makes sales work more data-driven and efficient. It helps me respond faster to customer requests, improve collaboration between different regions, and increase the chances of matching the right consultant to the right assignment.

Many different functions. There is the possibility for consulting, CVN, assignment pipeline, and competency searches. It can also be integrated with other systems.

Many clicks, and from day one I have found it cumbersome to make changes in the profile to CV. Often we have asked the consultants to do it themselves, but they rarely manage those who are not accustomed users of the system. So we need to do quite a lot of manual work and spend quite a lot of time. There are also requests from my side to make the forecasts adaptable even for subcontractor partners. There is a timeline I can use, but it cannot be ranked alphabetically, or based on the customer, or listed in any way at all today.

Find profiles, store profiles, create pipeline, sync with our self-billing system, follow up on customer visits

A couple of things that might help. Subcontractors don't appear in the utilisation view because we don't track utilisation for them, but the Timeline does let you add Customer as a filter, it sits under the three dots menu. That said, if you want to see all subcontractors currently on assignment, Project/Roles is the better place. You can filter on subcontractors there along with a range of other filters.

On the manual work with profiles and CVs: that's fair, and it's exactly what our new chat agent is built to help with. We also have MCP support now, which opens up a lot for automating this kind of thing against your own systems.

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

I really appreciate Cinode's AI capabilities and their understanding of the consulting market. They know the entities and processes we need, which is great. The team is also really nice to work with, and they respond quickly if I have an issue, even letting me contact their AI developers directly. Another feature I like is the resume or CV tool. It makes customization much quicker than when we were using Word, which took ages. I also appreciate the pipeline feature for managing deals, as it allows me to integrate steps in a flow without needing third-party solutions. The plan view where I can see the ending of contracts in green, red, and yellow is really useful. Additionally, I value the ability to broadcast my own assignments and find assignments from other brokers through their partner network. Lastly, the initial setup was super easy with friendly customer support, making the process straightforward and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

For my team, navigating Cinode can be a bit challenging due to the many different views and a lot of clicking. It makes understanding how to log customer events or assign deals in the pipeline kind of confusing. Figuring out which fields to set so that things get logged properly can be a hassle. But, with the introduction of the MCP and AI capabilities, we don't use the UI that much anymore, so that helps.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cinode solves our CRM needs specifically for consultancy, integrates AI for automation, and streamlines resume customization. It helps manage consultant pipelines and contracts visually, reducing the need for third-party tools. AI features minimize manual UI interaction, improving team efficiency.

The limitations of characters in the summarizing first text of you. It is also somewhat difficult in the beginning to understand how you build a nice cv with all the features and how they correspond with eachother.

On the blank pages: that's usually caused by page breaks shifting when the content length changes, so the layout adjusts during export and leaves empty space. A few things that help:

Use Show preview before exporting to see where the page breaks land. Shorten long sections, especially Presentation or Highlighted projects. And remove extra line breaks or very long descriptions.

I like Cinode's user interface. Its response time is quick, which makes it easy to upload CDs and find assignments.

The interface could be improved because I find myself having to click on a lot of different assignments and go back and forth, which is time-consuming. No More Translation Debacles! We all know the struggle of trying to translate specific Swedish roles and industry terms into English without them sounding awkward or losing their professional edge. I’ve honestly been putting off updating my English profile for that very reason.

However, Cinode’s AI support made the process incredibly seamless. It actually understands the context, captures the right nuances, and saves a massive amount of mental energy. Five stars for taking one of the most tedious tasks of consultant life and making it quick and painless!

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

The 'skill boxes' at the end of the CV are truly impressive—they look sharp, professional, and give a great overview of my expertise. However, managing the skill database itself is currently quite a headache.

It’s a struggle to keep track of duplicates and nearly identical terms that tend to clutter the list. Furthermore, when generating an English CV, it’s far too tedious to filter out residual Swedish terms. It would be a huge improvement if the system could help merge synonyms and ensure a 100% clean language transition. Great tool overall, but the skill management side needs a bit more love!

Cinode helps me with minimizing the time spent on my CV, once the main work is done. And I'm happy to say that my employer did the job for me, so I can just fine tune specific areas or headers.

Sales leadership, account managers, consultant managers, and consultants all contribute to keeping the information accurate—because everything is interconnected. A Few Areas Where I'm Looking Forward to Improvements<br><br>The CRM area.<br>We've transitioned from using two separate CRM systems (Frontit and our subsidiary Prové) to a unified solution. The clear benefit is having a consistent flow from business opportunities to consultant assignments. However, from a salesperson’s perspective, there are still some features typically expected from a CRM that are currently missing or limited.<br><br>Examples include:<br>* Support for Customer Group Hierarchies<br>* The ability to configure custom fields<br>* Data management tools for maintaining clean customer records (e.g. merging duplicate companies, reassigning contacts)<br>* Flexible configuration of the customer card (e.g. which fields are mandatory or optional)<br><br>That said, the advantages of having everything in one system far outweigh the limitations, and I’m optimistic about future improvements in this area.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Skills management: Efficient, data-driven, skills management on a group level - (Was not even possible when using word only tool).<br>* CRM/Sales: Sales tool - finding, customizing and showing competence to clients - fast, consistent. Easy to handle pipeline in sales management<br>* Resource Management/Revenue Forecasting: Easy for different roles from Consultant Manager, Site Manager, Sales Manager, CEO and CFO to get the information they need in their roles.

I find that I am able to create, manage and adjust my CVs for various projects a lot more easily than before with other tools which saves me time and I find that the end result is also a lot better. I only need to enter my information once which is very convenient and the built-in AI tools for translating and shortening my texts is really nice to have. I also like that there is one source of truth for my CV. Any changes I make to one CV will be reflected everywhere, which means all variations of my CV will always be up to date. How often I use Cinode depends if I'm on a project or not, but it's very easy to use and I don't need to spend an entire afternoon to create a new CV for a potential project.

I really like that changes I make in one CV will be reflected onto other CVs as well, but I'd like a button to apply all new text changes to all text fields in the CV. As of right now, I have to manually go to each one and accept the change.

I get an overview of what projects my colleagues are working on and which prospects they are currently approaching. It is easy to add my past experiences and projects and to then create a CV based on these. Every week I check how upcoming projects are looking and if I have questions I can easily see who I should approach, for example if I find a project I really would like to be a part of I can talk to the sales lead about it.

Some senior consultants are not using the tools to their full extent. This is the product biggest problem to me, that not everyone uses it as intended. It requires that leadership really buys into it and makes sure that even senior consultants use it as intended.

The import a previously created CV - including a list of competences - was impressive. Once this information is in the system you can continue adding and refining.

It is a tough work but rewarding with the options to pretty straightforward create various versions of outputs to be used internally and externally.

As mentioned above, a general guideline when doing UX is "it must be easy to do the right thing". The current UI of Cinode is not really. At least not when confronting the system for the first time.

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

Easy and effective for starters and small business and even larger companies to get information about new assignments from a single source. Easy to apply to other headhunters. How it gathers the information from your own Word CV is one of the best I have used so far even though I prefer to use my own.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

The system and how it handles your own created Word is not perfect but among better ones I have had experienced with. I would like the possibility to be able to also include my own preferred CV as extra. At the moment I use my own workaround.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seeking assignments from different sources.

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

Cinode is a very useful tool for our business, a platform and system support that optimizes our consulting business by streamlining various workflows in our sales process and delivery. For us as users and team members, it provides transparency regarding information about new prospects, existing and upcoming assignments and roles.<br><br>We use several key features/modules within Cinode, these are some of them:<br><br>- Consultant profiles and CVs: We easily create, manage and use consultant profiles and CVs with Cinode. The platform enables seamless editing and retrieval of relevant information from user profiles for specific assignment requests and resume presentations.<br><br>- Competence mapping: We effectively map competencies across our user profiles, teams or companies. This ability enables us to effectively measure, follow up and identify skills gaps.<br><br>- Planning tool: We use the planning tool to manage our sales and assignment pipelines, allocation and staffing. This helps us to streamline our assignment planning and resource allocation by seeing the consultants' availability.<br><br>Our collaboration with Camilla Ågren at Cinode has been excellent. Together, we are looking at more opportunities to improve and grow our business with the help of Cinode.

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

Preferred user functionality like drag and drop for adjusting the timing aspects of assignments and roles for example.

**What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The planning tool for managing sales and assignment pipelines, allocation and staffing. It streamlines our assignment planning and resource allocation by providing us with information about consultant availability. The management of consultant profiles and CVs, being able to quickly produce relevant CVs and for the consultants it is easy to keep the CV alive and fill it with new information all the time.

**What do you like best about Cinode?**

The interface is user-friendly and the site is straightforward to navigate across pages. What I like the most is viewing other people's CVs within the company. I strongly recommend this page to every company! The customer is on focus which is very good, that helps a lot if there is any problem you are facing!

**What do you dislike about Cinode?**

This page is excellent! There's nothing about it that I dislike.

The entire company's CV fits on one page, so no need to use any other application!
