What do you like best about Goava?

I use Goava to discover new leads that I wouldn't have found through traditional manual searching. The AI recommendations suggest companies similar to my best existing customers. I really appreciate the excellent user interface and speed of finding leads, which simplify the complex task of market research into a few clicks, allowing me to focus more on selling and less on data entry. The clean user interface makes the platform very easy to adopt and use consistently. The speed of finding leads ensures that I can act on new opportunities immediately, which is crucial for staying ahead in a fast-paced sales environment. I also use the Goava browser extension while researching companies online, as it works perfectly with my web browser to give me instant company insights without having to leave the page I'm currently on. What do you dislike about Goava?

One minor area for improvement is the initial setup for diverse teams. If different groups in the company have very different target segments, it can take a bit of time for the AI to fully learn and distinguish between those behaviors to provide perfectly relevant suggestions for everyone from day one. What stands out the most is how quickly it streamlined our prospecting efforts. What do you dislike about Goava?

The only minor downside we've noticed is that not all companies in the database provide full contact information. While it doesn't happen often, it can be a bit of a hurdle when reaching out to certain prospects. However, this is a relatively small issue compared to the overall value the platform provides. What do you like best about Goava?

Im using Goava as a tool to a day to day basis.

Im looking up companys that i have contact with to learn mor about them, all info in one place very useful.

Also for prospecting new customers i can make lists on parameters that i think is intresting.

The absolute best thing about Goava is the user-friendly interface and the value it creates for us as an organization, but also for each account manager who uses Goava on dayly basis for prospecting or gathering information before a customer meeting.
