I really appreciate the excellent user interface and speed of finding leads, which simplify the complex task of market research into a few clicks, allowing me to focus more on selling and less on data entry. One minor area for improvement is the initial setup for diverse teams. If different groups in the company have very different target segments, it can take a bit of time for the AI to fully learn and distinguish between those behaviors to provide perfectly relevant suggestions for everyone from day one. Also for prospecting new customers i can make lists on parameters that i think is intresting.
