"Cinode provides a quick, modern overview with smooth integrations and strong support"
5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I think Cinode is a very good platform that gathers much of what you need in one place. What I like most is that it is relatively easy to use and you quickly get a good overview without it feeling unnecessarily complicated. The interface feels modern and logical, and it's easy to navigate between different parts. The integrations are also a big plus because they make Cinode fit well into other workflows and systems you already use. The performance is stable, and I find that the platform works quickly and smoothly in daily work. In terms of price and ROI, I think the value mainly lies in how much time you can save and how much better structure you get around skills, consultants, and assignments. The support and onboarding have also been good, and it feels like help is close at hand when you need it. The AI parts are also interesting and something I believe will create even more value going forward (we use many parts of AI today), especially when it comes to matching and finding the right skills faster. Overall, I think Cinode is a well-thought-out and very useful platform that simplifies a lot and provides a good overall picture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

Sometimes the system gets error and telling me to reload, then it works again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough review, that's genuinely great to read.

On the reload errors: that shouldn't be happening, so if you notice a pattern around when it occurs, get in touch and we'll take a proper look. UI and stability work is a focus area for us through 2026.

Good to hear the AI parts are landing. Matching and finding the right skills faster is exactly where we're putting effort, and there's more coming shortly.

"Easily Match Expertise and Build Customized CV"
4/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I like that I can easily find the right expertise, add a request to match with the right contact, and create customized CVs by copying an existing profile or CV. Being able to add subcontractors to the network and search for the right expertise among them as well, if I want to, is also a great feature. To integrate our internal AI via Sana is also very helpful for automatic workflows and agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

If there is anything I think could be improved, it would be Cinode’s own AI features for rephrasing text, which could use less grandiose words and phrasing. It would also be helpful if the system indicated when too many characters have been reached in different segments, as it cuts off sentences in a CV abruptly when the number of characters exceeds the maximum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for such a detailed review, and for two very concrete pieces of feedback.

The AI phrasing point is a fair one. Text that reads too grandiose doesn't serve anyone in a CV, and it's noted. Same with the character limits, being cut off mid-sentence without warning isn't good enough and it's a clear fix.

Great to hear the subcontractor network and the Sana integration are working for you. Making sales work more data-driven is exactly what we're aiming for, and there's more coming on the AI side shortly.

"Castra"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

Many different functions. There is the possibility for consulting, CVN, assignment pipeline, and competency searches. It can also be integrated with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

Many clicks, and from day one I have found it cumbersome to make changes in the profile to CV. Often we have asked the consultants to do it themselves, but they rarely manage those who are not accustomed users of the system. So we need to do quite a lot of manual work and spend quite a lot of time. There are also requests from my side to make the forecasts adaptable even for subcontractor partners. There is a timeline I can use, but it cannot be ranked alphabetically, or based on the customer, or listed in any way at all today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for the detailed review, and for the specific points on subcontractors.

A couple of things that might help. Subcontractors don't appear in the utilisation view because we don't track utilisation for them, but the Timeline does let you add Customer as a filter, it sits under the three dots menu. That said, if you want to see all subcontractors currently on assignment, Project/Roles is the better place. You can filter on subcontractors there along with a range of other filters.

On the manual work with profiles and CVs: that's fair, and it's exactly what our new chat agent is built to help with. We also have MCP support now, which opens up a lot for automating this kind of thing against your own systems.

If you want to walk through any of it, reach out and we'll go through it with you.

"Cinode: AI-Driven CRM Excellence with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I really appreciate Cinode's AI capabilities and their understanding of the consulting market. They know the entities and processes we need, which is great. The team is also really nice to work with, and they respond quickly if I have an issue, even letting me contact their AI developers directly. Another feature I like is the resume or CV tool. It makes customization much quicker than when we were using Word, which took ages. I also appreciate the pipeline feature for managing deals, as it allows me to integrate steps in a flow without needing third-party solutions. The plan view where I can see the ending of contracts in green, red, and yellow is really useful. Additionally, I value the ability to broadcast my own assignments and find assignments from other brokers through their partner network. Lastly, the initial setup was super easy with friendly customer support, making the process straightforward and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

For my team, navigating Cinode can be a bit challenging due to the many different views and a lot of clicking. It makes understanding how to log customer events or assign deals in the pipeline kind of confusing. Figuring out which fields to set so that things get logged properly can be a hassle. But, with the introduction of the MCP and AI capabilities, we don't use the UI that much anymore, so that helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for such a detailed review, that's great to read.

You're right about the clicking and the number of views, and it's a priority for us. We're putting focused work into UI and UX through 2026, so logging events and moving deals through the pipeline should get noticeably more direct.

Interesting that MCP has reduced how much you use the UI at all. That's a use case we're keen to learn from, so if you want to share how you've set it up we'd genuinely like to hear it. We also have an AI assistant coming shortly that should take more of the manual work out.

Really glad the partner network and the contract plan view are earning their place.

All the best,

"Cinode: A Simple Yet Powerful CRM & CV Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I use Cinode every day at work and find it invaluable for a wide range of tasks including CRM, CV-making, matching assignments, and project planning. One of the standout features for me is its simplicity, which makes it incredibly easy to learn and use — I even call it a "CRM & CV tool for dummies" when introducing it to new colleagues. The CV-making tool is a real life saver, and the integration with Outlook and tools like Claude simplifies my planning of client meetings significantly. The system has also dramatically reduced my admin time by 50-70%. I particularly benefit from the utilization prognosis feature, which is essential in my daily tasks. Another aspect I appreciate is the ease of setup. In addition, I'm very happy with the contact we have with the Cinode team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

I would like to have some more filters in the prognosis and reporting page, but that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you, this is a fantastic review to read. "CRM & CV tool for dummies" might be the best compliment we've had, and cutting admin time by 50 to 70 percent is exactly the outcome we're after.

On filters in prognosis and reporting: fair point, and it's noted. If there are specific ones you find yourself wishing for, let us know and it'll help us prioritise.

Great to hear the Outlook and Claude integrations are working for your meeting prep. There's more coming on that front.

"Flexible CV Editing with Beautiful, Polished Layouts"
5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I like the flexibility to adjust your cv easy. I also like the features which makes the layout of the cv look very nice and appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

The limitations of characters in the summarizing first text of you. It is also somewhat difficult in the beginning to understand how you build a nice cv with all the features and how they correspond with eachother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for the review!

On the character limit: that's set by your own CV template rather than by Cinode itself, so it can be changed. Your admin can adjust it under Admin depending on the template, or support can help if it's easier.

On the learning curve: we have an AI assistant coming shortly that will guide you through building a CV and how the parts fit together, so that first experience should get a lot easier.

Glad the finished result looks the way you want. Getting a professional CV out to a client quickly is exactly what it's for.

"Efficient CV Management with Room for PDF Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I like that Cinode is well organized and makes it easy to use and update my CVs. It helps me highlight my skills, experience, and senior competencies effectively. I also find it valuable seeing what my colleagues can contribute to different assignments, which is helpful in procurement to save time and meet client needs efficiently. It allows me to push for competencies both internally and externally, giving a good impression to clients and showcasing what we can bring to the table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

I have an issue with printing to a PDF document. Once in a while, it leaves pages blank, and I don't know how to fix that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for the detailed review, that's really useful to read.

On the blank pages: that's usually caused by page breaks shifting when the content length changes, so the layout adjusts during export and leaves empty space. A few things that help:

Use Show preview before exporting to see where the page breaks land. Shorten long sections, especially Presentation or Highlighted projects. And remove extra line breaks or very long descriptions.

If it still happens after that, get in touch and we'll take a proper look.

Great to hear the skills overview is helping in procurement. That's exactly what we're building for.

"Efficient Assignment Search, Needs More Direct Application Features"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

I like Cinode's user interface. Its response time is quick, which makes it easy to upload CDs and find assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

The interface could be improved because I find myself having to click on a lot of different assignments and go back and forth, which is time-consuming. I would also like a feature where I can directly apply to assignments from a feed and state my own assignments. An overview of the assignment could be shown on the first page itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for the review, and for being specific about the assignment flow.

You're right that going back and forth between assignments takes time, and a feed view with more visible on the first page is a fair ask. It's noted, and UI work is a focus area for us through 2026.

Glad the speed and the assignment overview are saving you time. If you want to expand on how you'd want the apply flow to work, reach out and we'll make sure it lands with the product team.

"Everything I Need in One Place—Smooth Planning and Certification Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

Cinode does everything for me! As a consultant coordinator handling planning and managing certifications, I have everything I need in one place. With just a few clicks, everything runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

Right now I am honestly satisfied and do not have a bad thing to say at the very moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for the kind words.

Planning and certifications in the same place is exactly the point. When a project is extended, you see right away who is booked and for how long. And when a partner asks for certified consultants, the answer is already there.

Great to hear you link courses directly to partner certificates. Not everyone has found that one yet.

If something starts to chafe in your day to day, let us know. That is how we prioritize.

All the best,

"Cinode: A One-Stop Shop with Flexible Integrations and Helpful Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cinode?

Cinode is a one-stop shop, which is great. The functions match how this line of work actually operates, and Cinode is good at developing features that genuinely help. They also provide solid support, and their integrations are flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

Cinode takes some getting used to. We had some issues early on in making sure our workflow in the system was correct, especially in how to best create CVs that are adaptable for the needs of the situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mattias Loxi of Cinode

Thank you for the review, that's great to hear.

You're right that getting the CV workflow set up takes some work up front, especially making profiles adaptable to different situations. If there's anything still not sitting right, reach out and we'll go through it with you.

Good to hear it's holding up as you scale. That's exactly where it should be earning its place.
