Cinode is a very useful tool for our business, a platform and system support that optimizes our consulting business by streamlining various workflows in our sales process and delivery. We use several key features/modules within Cinode, these are some of them:

- Consultant profiles and CVs: We easily create, manage and use consultant profiles and CVs with Cinode. The platform enables seamless editing and retrieval of relevant information from user profiles for specific assignment requests and resume presentations.

- Competence mapping: We effectively map competencies across our user profiles, teams or companies. This ability enables us to effectively measure, follow up and identify skills gaps.

- Planning tool: We use the planning tool to manage our sales and assignment pipelines, allocation and staffing. This helps us to streamline our assignment planning and resource allocation by seeing the consultants' availability.

The CV is user friendly and highly customization! I have been using it generate different versions of CVs to different clients and it works like a charm! You will get a well-structured CV with a cleaning designed, while graps the key points to be easily presented to the client, and easy to understand . The customer support is easy to reach, very well supportive, and it is possible to request a customise CV template based on your specific needs. Some features are actually useful for consultants, for example, Growth Plan, where you can plan your competence development in order to reach your goal and align with the company's skillset. In order to get more used of some features as a consultant, there are some areas that could be better, for example, have more details/usability support/articles about how to utilize the skillset, and how the consultant company could set up a skills set and skills template in order to integrate with each consultant's skills plan/skills roadmap. It could sometimes be a little confusing how to find the right link on the Cinode website when switching between CVs that I have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have created my companys eco system around Cinode, I have integrated almost every feature of Cinode into our daily work. When we first started working with Cinode we save an instant ROI, primary due to the CV features, we could adjust the presentation parts of the CV easily for every client need etc. We also love working with the pipelines for tracking deals recruitment stages. Due to our way of working with Cinode we can ensure we never miss an opportunity to close business.

I also wanna do a shout out to our customer success manager who helps me instantly whenever I need something or doesnt understand something within the system. The CV management takes some time to get in to, but when you know the workarounds it is super powerful.
