What do you like best about Cinode?

Cinode is a fantastic, easy-to-use tool that makes it both easy and quick to create stylish and customized CVs to match project requests. The growth plan feature is also very nice to use for setting clear goals in conversations between managers and employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

The growth plan tool could be further developed to set both long-term and short-term goals to provide a comprehensive development plan for an employee. Some form of reminder function would also be good (it might exist, but I might not have discovered it yet). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cinode?

- We create CVs that have the same structure which looks neat and formal for our organization.

- Since we have access to information and videos, the tool is self explanatory.

- Cinode provided very good customer service and help with learning the tool.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

A few template CVs available for everyone on the tool could be helpful while structuring the CV but its just a suggestion.

What do you like best about Cinode?

Most helpful feature is the daily dealflow made visible to users. Also we have been happy to connect with good firms working in the same sector.

Features are good, and they cover at least our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

The skills section is too complicated and it lacks a clear and generic datamodel, i.e you can enter the same skill or competence in too many relations.

E.g. SAP can be found under ERP and SAP etc.

The skills lists become easily too big. This is my humble opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cinode?

The user interface, with its easy-to-navigate design and left-side menu, has room for improvement in terms of presenting menu options that are tailored to different roles within an organization. For example, if you hold a sales position, it would be more beneficial to only see options that are relevant to your field.
