We all know the struggle of trying to translate specific Swedish roles and industry terms into English without them sounding awkward or losing their professional edge. I’ve honestly been putting off updating my English profile for that very reason. However, Cinode’s AI support made the process incredibly seamless. It actually understands the context, captures the right nuances, and saves a massive amount of mental energy. Five stars for taking one of the most tedious tasks of consultant life and making it quick and painless! **What do you dislike about Cinode?** The 'skill boxes' at the end of the CV are truly impressive—they look sharp, professional, and give a great overview of my expertise. However, managing the skill database itself is currently quite a headache. It’s a struggle to keep track of duplicates and nearly identical terms that tend to clutter the list. Furthermore, when generating an English CV, it’s far too tedious to filter out residual Swedish terms. It would be a huge improvement if the system could help merge synonyms and ensure a 100% clean language transition. Great tool overall, but the skill management side needs a bit more love! **What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cinode helps me with minimizing the time spent on my CV, once the main work is done. Creating client-tailored CVs is also extremely efficient: I can simply toggle assignments on and off in the consultant’s profile to match the customer's needs. AI-powered features further enhance this by helping improve descriptions and automatically identifying key skills from assignment texts. Everyday tool for Account Managers and Consultatn Managers. #2 – Consistent and High-Quality Business Data When opportunities, roles, and assignments are managed in a single, shared system, it drives accountability across the organization. Sales leadership, account managers, consultant managers, and consultants all contribute to keeping the information accurate—because everything is interconnected. As a result, stakeholders like the CFO, CEO, or HR can easily access relevant insights without needing extra reports or exports. The health of the business becomes visible in real time. #3 - Easy to implement, use and good support. Cloud implementation is super easy, compared to on prem. Also very easy to use. Excellent Support. Cindra, their AI support, i fast and very good on giving support! **What do you dislike about Cinode?** A Few Areas Where I'm Looking Forward to Improvements The CRM area. We've transitioned from using two separate CRM systems (Frontit and our subsidiary Prové) to a unified solution. The clear benefit is having a consistent flow from business opportunities to consultant assignments. However, from a salesperson’s perspective, there are still some features typically expected from a CRM that are currently missing or limited. Examples include: * Support for Customer Group Hierarchies * The ability to configure custom fields * Data management tools for maintaining clean customer records (e.g. merging duplicate companies, reassigning contacts) * Flexible configuration of the customer card (e.g. which fields are mandatory or optional) That said, the advantages of having everything in one system far outweigh the limitations, and I’m optimistic about future improvements in this area. **What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?** * Skills management: Efficient, datadriven, skills management on a group level - (Was not even possible when using word only tool). * CRM/Sales: Sales tool - finding, customising and showing competens to clients - fast, consistent. Also easy to handle customer contatct, meetings, etc. * Sales management. Easy to handla pipeline in sles management * Resource Management/Revenue Forecasting: Easy for different roles from Consultatn Manager, Site Manger, SAles manager, CEO and CFO to get the information they need in their roles. ### 8. Before, we were using messy spreadsheets to track our consultants, which made it impossible to get a real-time overview.
