Search functionality is already very good and it seems to be further improved from time to time. API's, Managing CVs. **What do you dislike about Cinode?** The unstructured competence and profile parameters. There is drisillion versions of a technology and when its open for anyone you cannot see the forrest for all trees. Difficult to get simple answers like how many people know java. This might have to do with that we are not using things right also, but then it comes down to user friendliness. The search is "old styled". You want to be able to search on anything without knowing the internal structure of the data... am I searching for a tag or competence or ... you want to search on say, Java and then get results presented structured and possbility to filter out or in to show only hits on tags if that is necessary. Not from the beginning. Its too easy to click on the wrong part ... either you come to the customer or the project/opportunity or the role... **What problems is Cinode solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves a common view of the planning of resources. It solves a central place of competences. It solves support for a sales process. We had a home cooked system before that solved the same problems. (You need to be an Administrator to set it up). It's actually really simple to see how many that knows a certain Skills - best way is to go to the "Report/Competence/Skills" there you have everything. Also the "Search" function in the left menu have a lot of possibilities. Yo can search for "free text" and the filters on different types. For example find all assignments where we have Java. Or a reference case or just the persons with the skills. There is also a "Skill search" function with levels and filters. Follow the url below - you have a short video of the functions above. I think this software fits our organisation very well! **What do you dislike about Cinode?** I think that the number of users (employees in our/any package) is to low, and it doesn't give you too much space to expand.
