The import a previously created CV - including a list of competences - was impressive. Once this information is in the system you can continue adding and refining. I have used X for about 10 years and have seen the product develop from just managing consultant profiles to becoming a CRM, competence tool and partner portal etc. We don't use all the parts today, but what I like best is still the simplicity of creating nice CVs for our consultants in the sales process. Some changes have not been for the better but I think Cinode is aware and improves everything over time. Would really like to have an app for iphone to be able to make minor changes on the go.
