Usually, the scooter nearby can be found in a short time. It is also a perfect solution for short trips when one wants to avoid traffic and take a breath of fresh air. **What do you dislike about Lime?** It is not uncommon to find huge areas of the city to which scooters are scarce or nonexistent at that particular time. This can be irritating when one is intending to use Lime to get to certain areas and end up with no scooter in the vicinity. **What problems is Lime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lime is excellent for moving around the town fast and doing short distances without getting stuck in traffic. It is an entertaining way to avoid cars for quick runs or for a mere joyride for those living in urban areas. ### 2. This made a lot of difference and saved a lot of time and effort of our IT department. **What do you dislike about Lime?** There is still a little friction when it comes to the staying on-going licenses checking. It just appears to require a lot of manual input in updating which is not ideal for the constantly evolving IT landscape. **What problems is Lime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lime was an eye opener which provide us with a brief idea about our level of compliance. Now, based on the experience, I can make constructive choices of future software purchases and prevent possible issues with licenses. ### 3. They are improving reporting with new versions. The learning curve can be a problem occasionally. Interface can be sometimes hard to understand and leading to misuse. **Recommendations to others considering Lime:** If you have high Oracle licensing costs it may be worth it to investigate and evaluate a Lime Software subscription. Avoiding an audit can save money in the short term. Works on all main Oracle platforms including Solaris, Windows, Unix and Linux. Older version can have trouble gathering O/S information depending on security posture. **What problems is Lime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle license management. Somewhat confusing reports however this is more of a symptom of oracle licensing than lime itself. **Recommendations to others considering Lime:** If you have high oracle licensing costs it may be worth it to investigate a Lime subscription. The reduction in licensing fees will help reduce the lime subscription fees and save you money in the end. **What problems is Lime solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I manage both an internal EMR and multiple of EMRs for external clients my backend requires a stable secure backend environment. Oracle's database solutions provide a stable, secure backend for this service however it comes with a high cost (especially when compared to open source solutions). Lime has allowed me to reduce my licensing costs to the exact number of instances/licenses I require without having to navigate the complicated Oracle licensing agreements. ### 10. Lime has helped us track our usage of oracle licenses and allows us to forecast budget requirements and remain in compliance with the licensing to avoid costly audit from Oracle. **What do you dislike about Lime?** I am not a huge fan of the way that Oracle licenses their software, but that is the nature of the beast and this software helps mitigate that. **Recommendations to others considering Lime:** Avoiding an audit can save money in the short term, but being able to successfully forecast upcoming costs is a very nice benefit as well. **What problems is Lime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Database licensing management.
