-Implementation and onboarding was a breeze (<2 weeks)

What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

ChangeEngine helped streamline our communications from templates and branded documents to strategizing on breaking complex people programs into easily digestible moments for our employees to embrace. Most importantly, these moments can be delivered and tracked via their platform. We are then able to see what’s working and what’s not. Since working with ChangeEngine, we have automated many of our people programs, including holidays, DEIB, performance reviews, new tools and process launch announcements, and complex ones like Onboarding. Our CEO personally reached out to one of my team members and commended them for creating and automating such an elaborate onboarding program, bringing consistency across our departments, and delivering an excellent experience for our new hires. I can manage most of my communications in one place as it pertains to Moments That Matter. CE integrates with our systems and saves us from repeatedly having to download data. It haas great automations which saves me even more time. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

ChangeEngine has been a game changer for us (no pun intended)! They are enthusiastic employee experience experts who will do whatever it takes to help us elevate our game. As a small HR team we are constantly juggling priorities and focusing on administrative tasks that preclude us from doing the work we should be doing - connecting regularly with our teams across the globe. We often were writing employee communications at the last minute and rarely had time to plan strategic messaging.

ChangeEngine has been key in helping us template and automate a large portion of our internal comms through their advice, expansive library and innovative platform. As a result, our internal comms have stepped up tremendously. Their library and customer success team provides us with ready-to-use copy for different EDI, employee engagement, and employee experience programs which saves us lots of time that we can use to focus on other aspects of the business. I also love that their platform allows us to set and forget global messages which are then sent to employees during their local business hours.

That I only found ChangeEngine last year! Seriously, we haven't encountered any problems yet. Implementation was quick, smooth and enjoyable – which is rare for any new system. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

I can create and manage all my programs and communications in one place. The app easily organizes our communications by program. For example, I can now easily show anyone in our leadership team what various employee journeys look like, whether it is onboarding that captures what the first year look like for new-hires, or performance management launch, or manager coaching for 15five etc.

In addition to visibility, I can see which comms are landing on which channels and how they are performing. My focus can then shift to making changes to copy, timing, channel, or actions associated within these communications to drive higher engagement. It is really a great way to think about organizing and executing the people team and function in general. I highly recommend it!

The platform also tracks engagement data and I can finally say that People Teams can now feel equally if not more empowered than even marketing teams to make data-driven decisions to lead to improved employee experiences and engagement across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?

What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

Working with the ChangeEngine team feels really easy. They feel like a part of my own team which is quite rare to see these days with software companies.

The software is easy to use and allows us to streamline communications and create great employee experiences across the board. I’ve even been able to easily set up weekly and bi-weekly prompts for different groups of employees to send reminders to complete important actions that I otherwise would have had to chase down. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

There are many things that I like about using ChangeEngine. First, it was refreshing to see how quickly the ChangeEngine team got us set up and productive on the platform - we were fully set up and productive on the platform within 8 business days! The application is easy to use and connected directly with our HRIS and communication systems. Creating and scheduling moments is super easy, and we appreciate the team's assistance in creating templates and graphics for us to automate recurring or one-time communications. If something comes up on our end, like a monthly trivia game, the team is super quick to respond and can create beautiful graphics for us, even if it's something they don't already have in their library.

It’s also great that we can decide the best channels (Slack/email) that work for our environment and our culture. The system helps us gauge engagement, track data, and make informed decisions on creating and sending impactful content to improve our employee experience.

While we have meetings with the ChangeEngine team twice/a month, we also have a shared Slack channel where we can ask questions and get real-time responses as needed, which is super appreciated and helpful, for example, if we need a graphic created before our next check-in.
