ChangeEngine has us streamline and elevate how we communicate with our team, making our efforts more consistent, efficient and on brand.
Working with Jacqui has been a great experience. Before ChangeEngine, celebrating milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays took a lot of manual work. Now it's largely automated—and more impactful. Our team feels recognized and appreciated, which has strengthened their connection to the HR team (you can imagine HR doesn't have the best rep in most places).
Some of my favorite ways we’ve used Change Engine include: celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries, sharing reminders about upcoming global holidays, communicating key events like open enrollment and launching our annual engagement survey.
Their AI tools are also a complete bonus—great for brainstorming when you're building from scratch.
All in all, ChangeEngine has really helped transform the way we interact with our team.

The user interface could use some small tweaks to make it more user-friendly. For example when you are editing a communication, there is no easy to way to switch between different comms within a program or to go back to the previous page.
The CC function is also strange to me. I wish there was a more straight forward way to CC other team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
