**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

Working with the ChangeEngine team feels really easy. They feel like a part of my own team which is quite rare to see these days with software companies. 
The software is easy to use and allows us to streamline communications and create great employee experiences across the board. I’ve even been able to easily set up weekly and bi-weekly prompts for different groups of employees to send reminders to complete important actions that I otherwise would have had to chase down.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

They are growing quickly and as a result adding a lot of new functionality in the app. My recommendation would be for them to add more levels of user training for us to make the full use of the platform.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s reduced my dependency on internal marketing team to produce quality content and helped us automate and send great employee moments throughout our employee journey.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

There are many things that I like about using ChangeEngine. First, it was refreshing to see how quickly the ChangeEngine team got us set up and productive on the platform - we were fully set up and productive on the platform within 8 business days! The application is easy to use and connected directly with our HRIS and communication systems. Creating and scheduling moments is super easy, and we appreciate the team's assistance in creating templates and graphics for us to automate recurring or one-time communications. If something comes up on our end, like a monthly trivia game, the team is super quick to respond and can create beautiful graphics for us, even if it's something they don't already have in their library.

It’s also great that we can decide the best channels (Slack/email) that work for our environment and our culture. The system helps us gauge engagement, track data, and make informed decisions on creating and sending impactful content to improve our employee experience.

While we have meetings with the ChangeEngine team twice/a month, we also have a shared Slack channel where we can ask questions and get real-time responses as needed, which is super appreciated and helpful, for example, if we need a graphic created before our next check-in. Additionally, the team will help troubleshoot as needed in real time!

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There are no downsides to working with ChangeEngine - the team and the platform have been great to interact with!

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our communications! ChangeEngine helps us share messages with employees via Slack or email that look great and help us feel more organized as a People Operations team. Additionally, the ChangeEngine team will put together campaigns for us that already have content drafted, including super creative ways to engage managers and employees on birthdays and anniversaries, for example. The platform has a direct integration with our HRIS, which allows overnight updates of new hires/terms to ensure employees are receiving all information as applicable. The system is incredibly easy to use and allows us to track engagement, views, and more.

The Change Engine team is very proactive. Their response time and turnaround time on projects and moments is great. Their platform is extremely user friendly. We've noticed an increase in employee participation and feedback.

Nothing, the software and theam are great.

Change Engine has enabled us to create a more positive work environment for staff and has significantly improved our employee communication and HR branding.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

This software was everything I didn't know I needed! The HR team at my company is very lean and ChangeEngine has given me the tools and the support to automate communications saving me time.  The ChangeEngine team recommends moments, helps brainstorm on bi-weekly calls, and even goes as far as to personalize assets when needed to help me create lasting experiences for our team members.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

That it wasn't developed earlier! This is an amazing tool that I wish I could have used at previous companies.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Send personalized and action-driven communications that matter. The level of personalization this platform offers is unparalleled. Overall, I save a ton of time and use data to make even smarter decisions to achieve goals.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

Change engine is extremely easy to use and their staff act as partners to us to make sure we are exploring every possible way to communicate with and engage our staff.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

So far their have been no downsides in the scope of what they do. They are very quick to complete projects and tasks and extremely easy to work with. I only wish they did even more!

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping remote employees engaged is a huge challenge for and doing so while focusing on an inclusive culture just adds to those challenges. Change engine provides us with guidance, moments, and opportunities to solve those issues.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

We’re a lean, but mighty People team.  ChangeEngine has been the driving force of all our people programs.  We significantly increased the participation rate of our engagement survey and our CEO was delighted that we benchmarked higher than our industry peers.  Unlike other HR & People technologies, the platform only took a week to set up including integrations with our HRIS, SSO, Slack, and Email.  Since then, it’s been easy to sustain our programs every month.  They provide me with monthly recommendations that have been successful with companies of a similar stage & size.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine is a fast-growing and nimble company that’s flexible toward our needs.  I would like to eventually have visibility into more dashboards, but this is in the works and their product team is very receptive to feedback.  I’d also like to start designating program owners since many other departments are impressed and ask what we’re using to deploy our employee moments.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine is playing a huge role in reducing our employee attrition, decreasing absenteeism, and increasing our employee engagement scores.  Being a People leader, I’m responsible for taking care of my employees.  Much of the team is in different time zones, but they still feel connected & supported by our People team.  On top of that, it’d be impossible for us to juggle 15-20 people programs per year without the tech.  I see ChangeEngine as an extension of my team.  Their Customer Success team does an incredible job training & coaching our super users.  We’ve deployed Performance Management Tips, CSR, and Employee Advocacy programs on ChangeEngine, and we’re just getting started!

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

It’s more important than ever to have a focused strategy around the hybrid/remote workplace.  Framing our employees as “internal customers,” segmenting employee personas, and operationalizing our employee journey has helped us to personalize our employee experience.  With ChangeEngine, we’ve added engaging, well-designed content to each employee moment we send, which has significantly increased engagement & click-through rates.  Finally, I can understand what’s working and what’s not across our programs.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

As with any tech company, I’ve encountered a few bugs and places the product can improve.  However, their tech & support team has been incredibly fast to respond and prioritize my asks.  Its great when I log into the product and see my feedback has been implemented.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We started using ChangeEngine to revamp our Employee Advocacy across three teams in our People department.  In a matter of weeks, we had all of the content we needed to relaunch our employee referral program, which was endorsed by our CEO.  We skyrocketed our Glassdoor reviews by asking for them during key moments within our employee lifecycle.  Our employees can see that we truly care about them.  We recently launched a CSR campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness month where we donated $1 under each employee’s name for posting a picture of their Zoom background—this was such a big hit!  If people program adoption & utilization is top of mind for you, I’d highly recommend partnering with ChangeEngine.

Their work product is strong but the difference with ChangeEngine is the personal connection they make with you. They make you feel heard and valued.

We don't have the scale or bandwidth for creating creative content.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The ability to quickly access best-in-class templates with engaging copy, branded images (yes, even with our company colors and logo), and automation of those messages via a platform. I wish I had this sooner!

I also love working with the team!  They are personable, reliable and responsive.  They have taken the time to truly learn about our organization and our mission.  They listen to all of our requests and return work quickly.  They are incredibly easy to connect with via Slack, email, project boards, phone or in person. I look forward to our weekly team meetings.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

It would be great if the email editor can also save templates so I can reuse them from one successful moment to another. It’s on their near-term roadmap I believe.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They send us monthly recommendations of moments that matter so me and my team does not have to spend time researching and writing copy ourselves. Helps us focus on execution and truly crafting beautiful employee experiences and journeys.

It is benefiting me and my team by taking so much work off of our plates which allows us to focus on other pressing issues.  Think about automating all your busy work so you can focus on things that are harder to plan for. ChangeEngine team will go above and beyond to create copy, provide graphics, and help you automate employee moments that truly have a lasting impact. You can save a lot of time while elevating the experience you create for your employees across all HR and people programs. Oh, and guess what - you can finally manage all your work in one place too. Super easy to showcase what you are working on to leadership and the difference you make as a HR and People leader.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The ability to proactively plan & automate key internal communications across various people programs & events is amazing. The tool also makes it really easy to uplevel our internal comms with easy-to-create branded images and gifs that provide a great experience for our employees. In addition, they have the ability to attach and track action with each communication which is something I love as an operations leader. Since we're small and scrappy, being able to automate away some of these recurring tasks has been so nice - I'm much less afraid of dropping some balls now.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

It would be great if they could add the ability to send to skip-level managers down the line and condense their timeline view. I'd also love a C-suite friendly sales pitch deck that I can share with my boss (the CEO) that can really help demonstrate ChangeEngine's value for the company.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to communicate and drive change more effectively across the organization. I can now be more proactive in setting up my programs instead of relying on internal marketing resources which are very hard to come by. Our internal comms just look SO much more polished and professional, and it saves me time when I'm reminding employees about an upcoming event, because I can just pull the collateral from the shared drive and drop it in an email or Slack. No extra customization or typing needed on my end.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

Setting up the platform was quick and painless. The ChangeEngine team onboarded us within 3 days, set up the platform with integrations, and helped plan, schedule, and send employee moments within the first 7 days. It’s one of the easiest-to-use platforms I’ve seen in a while.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

It’d be great if they can add additional channels like SMS in the near future. Also, their support library can cover more topics so I don’t have to reach out often to find simple answers.

**Recommendations to others considering ChangeEngine:**

If you are looking to improve the quality of your internal communications to help increase people program utilization and engagement, while creating relevant, personalized, and timely messages for your employees, you should really consider ChangeEngine.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine has an expansive library of moments that provides proven copy and best practices, graphics that could be easily branded to our company’s brand, and the ability to set it and forget it. As a result, I have to spend less time researching and copywriting myself, in addition to manually sending out messages to the right people.

We are a small people team and managing multiple projects. ChangeEngine has really put time back in my day to focus more on the strategic aspects of my job while helping automate a lot of the tactical work that needs to happen.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

We run a lot of employee initiatives in tandem, ChangeEngine has helped ensure we can control all of them in one place and easily manage the comms cadence.


**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

Not much to dislike so far, their template library has lots of useful out-of-the-box moments which have been very useful. Would be great to see this keep growing and have thought leaders contribute.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, we wanted to make sure that our employee experience was consistent for every employee and personalized at the same time. The automation helped scale this as ChangeEngine meant we no longer had to send out messages manually for every employee, this could be personalized on scale.
