Saves Time and Enhances Employee Engagement

I use ChangeEngine for employee engagement, company-wide communications, and automated onboarding communications, which saves me a few hours a week so I can focus on other tasks. The automatic emails for onboarding, reviews, and surveys eliminate the risk of errors and save time. I love the team at ChangeEngine, especially Mariana, Paola, and Lilian, The are so talented and save me hours of work. They genuinely care, and their level of pride really shows in all the content they create. I also appreciate the creative and meaningful communications crafted for all holidays and the automated birthday and anniversary messages sent to both employees and managers. The initial setup was super easy, making it a seamless transition for us. Overall, I think ChangeEngine is AMAZING!

Built Our Communication Department with ChangeEngine

I like ChangeEngine's “can do” attitude because they've never said no to any request I've made. When we launched our first engagement survey, they went above and beyond in the building and reporting process. We've successfully moved our entire performance management process from our HRIS system to ChangeEngine, which was a massive job, and they made it more user-friendly and valuable for all stakeholders. Additionally, we built an onboarding communication workflow. Overall, they've enabled me to establish a communication department for my company from the ground up. Also, it integrates well with our HRIS system and Microsoft Teams, and the initial setup was very easy.

ChangeEngine Boosts Engagement with Scalable Workflows and Great Support

I have used ChangeEngine now at two companies. It has allowed me to improve employee engagement through better communications, more engaging content, and scalable workflows. It has essentially acted as an additional headcount for me. We have been able to introduce a formal birthday recognition program that is automated and receives great employee feedback. We have also created a monthly newsletter that folks look forward to reading each month.
