What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

The portal makes creating and scheduling internal comms a breeze. But my favorite thing, is the creative team, that I get to collaborate with. Fer and Jacqui are an absolute dream, they are professional, creative, friendly, on-time, and never skip a beat. I feel like we hit the lottery with them. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

I love that ChangeEngine makes our lives easier, especially when sending out communications company-wide. It's really helpful for us to automate these messages based on time and local time zones, which is important since we have employees across the U.S. in different time zones. I appreciate how integrating communications via Email and Slack has made processes like rolling out Open-Enrollment simple and time-saving. What do you like best about ChangeEngine?

The individuals who assist with implementing CE are a major reason I will always recommend this platform. I have had the opportunity to work with many members of their team, and each one has been exceptionally kind, accommodating, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to help bring your vision to life. While ChangeEngine offers many impressive features, I believe it is truly the people behind the platform who are responsible for its success.

The automated emails have also made a noticeable impact. We often hear from people who genuinely appreciate our happy birthday and work anniversary messages. These emails help them feel more connected to our organization, as they show that we remember and value those special moments.

Additionally, having the ability to review statistics, confirm that emails have been delivered, and gather data on who is engaging with the links has proven to be extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?

One area where ChangeEngine could be enhanced is by introducing an auto-save feature or providing a visible save button that can be used while editing or building newsletter emails. There have been occasions when I was working on something, and a refresh caused me to lose all my progress, forcing me to start over. At times, the team’s responses to edits can be a bit delayed, likely due to workload, though they always meet the deadlines once set. The image and visual additions in the platform can feel a little clunky, though that may be more on my side as a user. While the check-ins and reminders are helpful for keeping projects on track, they can occasionally add to our workload. Automations & Personalization

The automation functionality has enhanced our employee onboarding process. Through scheduling tasks in the tool, we can automate to welcome new employees and remind them 5 and 30 days prior with ease, giving a smooth and customized experience.

Strong Employee Engagement

We have gained a regular and effective communication tempo through Change Engine. Our messages are now more compelling, imaginative, and properly timed to convey the information needed by employees just when they require it. Being able to address our global workers during their appropriate business hours is one of the advantages, maximizing the connection.

Content Creation Support

With 45 Moments integrated into 12 shows, our messages now are far more creative and sophisticated than ever. The ability of the tool to craft a persuasive Slack message, with beautiful imagery, in just a few minutes has been a game-changer.

Flexible Communication Channels

We’ve streamlined communication by tailoring messages via Slack and email to effectively reach the right audiences. This flexibility ensures that our communications are both targeted and impactful, enhancing overall clarity and efficiency.

What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?

Change Engine has significantly improvised our internal communications through their automation and creative support features. We have automated onboarding communications, employee experience communication and allowed for more communication and transparency for many of our core HR programs. The platform has truly elevated our communications and we are starting to leverage the tool for communications within other teams. We love the product.
