**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The most important thing I would like to say about ChangeEngine is their customer support.  I have never ever experienced a team that is dedicated to making sure their clients are successful.  Truly an amazing group of people that are passionate about helping their cusomters!

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There is not necessarily anything that I do not like about this product.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is saving my team and I time!  The time we used to use to create content, create visuals, setting up email blasts, newsletters, etc.  Time is the biggest benefit as well as making our communications look professional and consistent with our branding colors and logos.

I really like the service provided by ChangeEngine's customer success team, which makes all the difference, combined with their sharp, easy-to-use software platform. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and it integrates well with our HRIS and other HR technologies.

We use ChangeEngine to draft and automate communications, driving employee engagement and productivity. It solves the problem of scaling operations by automating tasks that were previously manual.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has been an absolute game-changer for our communications! The platform is incredibly intuitive and has all the tools we need to streamline our processes and keep everyone aligned.

What truly sets ChangeEngine apart is its amazing team. They are super nice, always responsive, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need to succeed. It's rare to find such a combination of a powerful tool and exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend ChangeEngine to any organization looking to elevate their communication efforts.

Shout out to Mariana, Jess, Steven, and Lili for all being so awesome! They’ve been super thoughtful, quick to jump in, and honestly just a joy to work with.

While the platform is fantastic overall, there are a few areas that could use improvements, such as better organization for programs and moments. That said, their team was incredibly helpful in assisting me with organizing things on the backend. I also appreciate that they are always open to feedback, which gives me confidence they’ll continue to enhance the platform.

ChangeEngine has been incredibly helpful in streamlining our internal communications and swag distribution processes. They have dedicated team members who assist with each aspect, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Automations & Personalization
The automation functionality has enhanced our employee onboarding process. Through scheduling tasks in the tool, we can automate to welcome new employees and remind them 5 and 30 days prior with ease, giving a smooth and customized experience.

Strong Employee Engagement
We have gained a regular and effective communication tempo through Change Engine. Our messages are now more compelling, imaginative, and properly timed to convey the information needed by employees just when they require it. Being able to address our global workers during their appropriate business hours is one of the advantages, maximizing the connection. 

Content Creation Support
With 45 Moments integrated into 12 shows, our messages now are far more creative and sophisticated than ever. The ability of the tool to craft a persuasive Slack message, with beautiful imagery, in just a few minutes has been a game-changer.

Change Engine has significantly improvised our internal communications through their automation and creative support features. We have automated onboarding communications, employee experience communication and allowed for more communication and transparency for many of our core HR programs. The platform has truly elevated our communications and we are starting to leverage the tool for communications within other teams. We love the product.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has leveled up all of our internal communications by a landslide. The automation piece has saved me time from manually sending emails and working with the design team Carla and Maris, they have helped up tremendously with beautiful images and written content to help share with all of our employees.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

One piece of feedback is the monthly shared highlights from Molly, they are always great comm sequences but we need more time to plan out the monthly comms, and sometimes by the time we receive her emails it's too late for us to take advantage. If there were a way to get next month's comm highlights sooner, that would be amazing. It's always great content so I would love to use it more but just need more time to go through the comms, make tweaks, and schedule the sends on top of the other type of sends we have already published.

They are helping us streamline all of our communications by reaching employees through different channels (email, teams message, direct messages). the automation is saving me time so that I can focus on other things.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The tool, ChangeEngine is amazing! We are able to literally "set it and forget it". To be able to this with important communication is truly understated and has saved countless hours of manpower. We've established automated communication for our new hires to enhance our onboarding process, automated communication for birthdays, and anniversaries as well just to name a few ways we are utilizing this tool. The feedback from the people leaders in our organization has been extremely positive and we are looking for even more ways to incorporate this tool within our processes and procedures. The best thing about ChangeEngine is truly the staff. They've done a great job during the implementation process to help us learn the tool. Any idea we've introduced, they've gone above and beyond our expectations to bring our ideas to reality. They are responsive, timely, and a pleasure to work with.

Nothing. Everything has been great! We are still looking for more ways to take full advantage of this tool.

Regarding our onboarding process, we were inconsistent with keeping in touch with them for their first ninety days. With ChangeEngine, we are able to guarantee multiple touchpoints with our new hires from the moment they are offered the position to their first year of employment.

I love the AI tools that can learn your writing style and tone to support you with moments throughout the year. I also enjoy the support from Customer Success Managers like Fernando Richaud, and  Jacqui Monteverde.

I would not say this is a dislike however, I would say Change Engine is such a great product and has a strong culture, I'd love to learn more about how they use their own products within there own company.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

First the product itself - easy to use, great features and the flexibility to create one off or programmed comms across multiple platforms. Its' a game changer for internal comms.
Two - the analytics are intuitive and really helpful
Third - the team - responsive, focused on our needs and always open to (in fact desperate to get) feedback. Shout out to Lili and Jess.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

Segments (audience groups) are slightly cumbersome to work with and when we have a number of specific, tailored audiences that changes from comm to comm, this can take a bit of time.

Making communications stand out, personalised and trackable.
All of these help us to create a more dynamic comms experience which we can track to understand effectiveness.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has us streamline and elevate how we communicate with our team, making our efforts more consistent, efficient and on brand.  

Working with Jacqui has been a great experience. Jacqui is always incredibly helpful when I need to create new graphics or content, and she consistently brings creative ideas to the table for how we can use Change Engine to boost engagement. She’s proactive, thoughtful, and always thinking a few steps ahead. Whether it's repurposing existing ChangeEngine material, optimizing our current communication plans, or helping us brainstorm something new, she is a true thought partner. 

Before ChangeEngine, celebrating milestones like work anniversaries and birthdays took a lot of manual work. Now it's largely automated—and more impactful. Our team feels recognized and appreciated, which has strengthened their connection to the HR team (you can imagine HR doesn't have the best rep in most places). 

Some of my favorite ways we’ve used Change Engine include: celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries, sharing reminders about upcoming global holidays, communicating key events like open enrollment and launching our annual engagement survey. 

Their AI tools are also a complete bonus—great for brainstorming when you're building from scratch.

All in all, ChangeEngine has really helped transform the way we interact with our team.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

The user interface could use some small tweaks to make it more user-friendly. For example when you are editing a communication, there is no easy to way to switch between different comms within a program or to go back to the previous page.

The CC function is also strange to me. I wish there was a more straight forward way to CC other team members.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By streamlining and automating important communications we can ensure the right people get the right communications, and that those communications are impactful. ChangeEngine has given me back valuable time and is a great resource to improving the look and feel of our communications.

Change Engine is a very useful tool. It helps us to make our internal organizational communications lean, especially in the process of producing graphic pieces to share. Apart from that, it has a wealth of analytics tools and has a very good support team.

At the moment there is nothing that dislikes us of the product.

ChangeEngine takes away the headache of creating and sending internal comms. Graphics design is much quicker, analytics are built-in so we can easily see results, and if we do ever need help, the support team is great. It just streamlines our processes.

I work closely with Lilian Navarro and absolutely love her and the Change Engine platform. I typically use the email feature and think it is extremely user friendly. I am actually in the process of moving some other comms off of Constant Contact over to Change Engine because I like using it so much. 

Lilian is amazing to work with. If I have ever needed anything she is always so quick to respond and help me. She is a great support and we love having her as our point of contact!

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The partnership with ChangeEngine is seamless: I think of our reps as extensions of my team. Their communication is thoughtful, matches our style and culture, and is timely and relevant. When one of my leadership peers realized we were using them as a communication partner, they were astounded since all communications is truly in our voice. We've been able to proactively create communications that are engaging and compelling. We also save so much time not only drafting the communication, but also having it to be very consistent in terms of its voice. It is an essential tool for our HR team. And in many cases, it's become useful for other departments.

And I am especially impressed by how much ChangeEngine thinks about how to level up their platform and services, particularly in the way they are using generative AI for to enable managers to create their own communications

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

Designing branded content takes a lot of time, having Change Engine take the lead on that has made our lives so much easier! Also having automated moments has made sending out communications so much easier and has really improved our onboarding process! They have helped us set up automatic communications to our upcoming hires based on where they arein the process so our new team members feel they have support every step of the way and answers to any questions they might have. They have helped us with so many projects: company newsletter, handbook, company cookbook, and many more projects that have made a difference in how we communicate with out global team. I have never used a service like this before - I wish I knew about them sooner! On the back end,it's also nice to know you have CE team to support you. Their response time is great, and they always make you feel like a priority. We rely on them anytime we need something branded, so we're working with them almost every day.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

I honestly don't really have any downsides to share.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have really helped close the gap on not having enough communication. Sometimes that can fall on the backburner when things get chaotic, so being able to preplan and schedule send announcements has been really helpful. The ability to map certain moments based on dates has also been extremly helpful. We no longer have to set reminders to send out onboarding surveys or birthday/anniversary messages. All of that set in CE so our team members always have what they need on time. Streamlining and removing the manual processs has taken stress off and made sure our team has what they need.

No real disadvantges to using change engine.  We've only had positive results and we have not even utilized all their services.

As a Benefits Manager in the US, I have had the pleasure of working with Change Engine, and I can confidently say that their services have significantly improved our company's employee engagement and communication.

Change Engine has automated several key processes for us, including sending out emails to new hires and follow-up emails, which has streamlined our onboarding process. They also send out birthday emails to employees and their supervisors, ensuring that everyone feels recognized and appreciated on their special day. The positive feedback we've received from employees about these personalized touches has been overwhelming.

Additionally, Change Engine sends out anniversary celebration emails, which further boosts employee morale. The best part is that we only need to set up these emails once, and they automatically go out throughout the year, reducing stress and workload for our team.

I'm honestly loving how I can automate pretty much everything - from onboarding to off-boarding, birthdays, and weekly events! 🚀 The AI tool is super clutch for getting the tone just right (whether I need to keep it fun or keep it professional), and it's made our team communications so much more robust.

Before Change Engine, I was drowning in manual communications, but now everything's automated and running smoothly! 🙌 The platform tackles all my biggest headaches by automating everything from onboarding and offboarding to weekly events, birthday shouts, and manager updates.  Instead of manually tracking and sending all these different messages, I've got a streamlined system that keeps our communications clear, consistent, and right on time. And when I need help? The team's there in minutes. What started as an "ugh, not another platform" moment has turned into a solution that makes my HR communication life so much easier!

Honestly, i am very happy with all that Change Engine provides. The implementation was smooth, it's easy to use and the team are easy to reach of we have any problems.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has been a game changer for us in how we communicate with our field.  Prior to implementing the platform there was a lot of reliance on the managers of our properties to get information out which is not always easy with everything they have to accomplish.  With ChangeEngine we are able to access our entire portfolio of employees quickly and efficiently.  On top of that they provide us metrics to know how effective we are in reaching our team members.  They have been great about braingstorming new ways to use the platform now that we have most of the basic systems up and running.  We have implemented programs in onboarding, regognition, manager check ins, off boarding, and use the platform for monthly wellness communications as well.  The platform is easy to use and my partners at ChangeEngine quickly turn around any projects I request.  They have been fantastic to work with.  We feel very fortunate that we found this platform and look forward to its continued use.

The only challenge for us has been configuring some of our email firewalls to allow for the communications to come through but our partners at ChangeEngine have been great about helping us solve any and all issues.

ChangeEngine is a "force multiplier" for our small internal comms team. The platform is super easy to use. We have access to templates that are customizable, and automation and scheduling features that really streamline work processes. Templates and content are great quality and very professional. What we find to be the best part about ChangeEngine is their PEOPLE! Service levels are above and beyond. Quick turn-around and willingness to jump in and support our team in all aspects of creation and execution.

ChangeEngine reduces a LOT of manual work. With ready-made templates that we have automoted based on employee anniversaries, birthdays, etc. -- we are able to get messages out without recreating the wheel every time! 

We also LOVE the flipbook newsletter feature. The end product is very professional and the team worked with us to make sure it was perfect. We handed over the content and the CE designed it for us -- which was a HUGE timesaver for our tream. We are getting postivie feedback and look forward to producing our next issue.

We can easily manage our HR programs and employee engagement initiatives with ChangeEngine! They have simplified the management of various programs, including onboarding for new hires, company updates, and birthday and anniversary recognition. The support and responsiveness from ChangeEngine's team have been invaluable! If I have a new idea or something I forgot about all I have to do is shoot them an email and I hear back the same day and they will do quick turn around projects at the drop of a hat! Honestly - they feel like an extension of our team and I don't know what I would do without them.

Honestly, there's very little to dislike about ChangeEngine. The experience has been overwhelmingly positive; if we ever have any hiccups they are usually resolved within days! We hae a very complex anniversary system with rehires that has put CE to the test and they are always willing to work with us to figure out the best way moving forward.

The Implementation and Integration processes were exceptional.  Our Implementation Specialist and Creative Specialist consistently provide exceptional customer service and quick response times.  The training provided and ongoing assistance has made the program easy to use and has increased the number of communications that we send.  The variety of templates and the AI feature work wonders with providing many options to capture our receivers' attention.

Customer service, our account manager is fantastic. She follows up quickly and is able to handle tight deadlines.  She is creative and takes our copy and elevates it and makes it visually appealing.

We have developed so many automatic campaigns it has helped automate our communications and engagement with new hires, and existing employees.The do all the work for us, we just tell them what we want setup and give them some copy.

ChangeEngine has helped our small team scale internal communications and employee engagement programs. Our support team is responsive and creative. They always deliver an exceptional product, even under short notice. We were up and running in just a few days, which was also nice!

While ChangeEngine is easy to use from day 1, we are still having some issues with emails passing our internal security measures such that the amazing graphics auto-download. There's also room for improvement with the formatting in the editor tool (how it looks in ChangeEngine vs. how it comes across in email don't always align).

ChangeEngine is helping us scale our internal communications and employee engagement teams. They are helping us create meaningful, engaging moments for our associates to enhance their overall employee experience. Most recently, we formalized and automated our Onboarding Program. Not only is clear and easy for associates (and leaders!) to understand, by automating the touchpoints, we've saved countless hours of manual intervention.

In addition, ChangeEngine has helped us introduce moments to communicate important company news and events in on-brand messaging. With the ability to track engagement and interaction metrics on the back end, we're able to easily see what formats, communication channels, and more, resonate most with our associates.

ChangeEngine has helped our People Ops department efficiently manage strategic planning, employee programs, and communications without compromising on quality. My design capabilities are NIL and it's so awesome to have a dedicated team of designers to help us with this part!

With their incredible tool and in a short amount of time, we've automated meaningful programs like birthdays, anniversaries, holiday reminders, manager reminders, different types of surveys, and most importantly, onboarding! 

I will also say that the onboarding and support we've received from ChangeEngine is second to none! I have never experienced such a thorough onboarding and such a dedicated team with quick responses and actual ongoing support. It's truly amazing. Their team has helped us completely automate and streamline all communications for our onboarding program, provided best practices, generated incredible graphics, and automated it all!

Honestly, at this time, I can't think of anything we dislike. We've been working together for 3+ months now and we are very satisfied with the value/output!

It is hard to find the best comparison for ChangeEngine out there. They understand what it's like to operate in a world where people teams are super lean and often teams of just one, supporting hundreds of employees. Their platform is designed to quickly find, design, and automate key communications materials and moments that matter across the employee population.

I can finally organize all our programs and visualize moments/communications in a single platform. I can give visibility to the C-suite to showcase how we are thinking about various employee journeys, track engagement, and provide the best possible employee experience to our employees.

The tool has a great library of templates to choose from and lets you communicate across geos using various channels our company is already using to communicate. Employees don't need to log in to ChangeEngine, which is a massive plus.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There isn't anything that I dislike. IT would be great to see in-app walkthroughs to make navigation and editing communications/moments easier so I am less dependent on the Change Engine team.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

We use ChangeEngine for our internal communication efforts, and the tool makes it so easy to create create and distribute all kinds of comms effectively. The "Discover" tab outlines a ton of options of moments with customizable content and brandable images that make it easy to promote events and live our value celebrate together. Actually sending out comms is straightforward and easy -- you pick the channel (slack or email in our case) -- and when you want the communication to go out, with options of sending straight away or for delivery relative to the timezone people sit in. As a global company, it's great to have the option of things arriving to employee's inboxes at 9 am their local time regarless of where they are around the globe. The best part of ChangeEngine is absolutely the team, who works closely to partner with me and the team to ensure our moments are resonating with the employees, and always brainstorming new ways to make our communications engaging and meaningful.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

As a people team, it is challenging to show the ROI on what we are doing. While CE does measure engagement of the communications we roll out, their user permissions are set up in a way that makes it really tough to see as a non-super-admin. I am hopeful that visibility into these datapoints will become more available next year!

ChangeEngine helps to get communications out to our global company operating in 18 countries in a quick and easy way, and has great tracking metrics  so we can see if employees are opening, reading and engaging with our posts. The team is super creative and often helps us brainstorm ways to increase engagement and readership, and have tremendously helped improve our internal newsletter.

ChangeEngine offers super easy integration with HRIS data and automation of various employee initiatives including Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holiday Reminders, Timesheet reminders, Referral Program, Glassdoor Reviews, Mental Health Awareness Month Challenge, ,DEIB Calendars and more.
One of the standout features of ChangeEngine is how quickly their team set us up and made us productive on the platform. Within just 8 business days, we were up and running, fully integrated with our HRIS and communication systems. The user-friendly interface makes it effortless to create and schedule moments, and the team's support in creating any additional templates and graphics for automated recurring or one-time communications is invaluable.
Another advantage is the flexibility to choose the most suitable channels, such as Slack or email, aligning with your environment and culture. I believe they also offer Teams and SMS as additional channels you can communicate on. In addition, the system provides valuable engagement metrics and data tracking, empowering people and HR t eams to make informed decisions and deliver impactful content to enhance your employee experience.
To top it off, their CS and support teams are great to work with. They answer our questions super quickly and make valuable suggestions to help us best use their platform and deliver great employee communications across the board.

Honestly, the team and the platform is super easy to work with. I have no complaints. I am just excited to see many new features and enhancements they are planning to launch in the near future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most of us people teams already have our HR tech stacks like HRIS, Performance Management, Payroll, etc. However, we are missing a key communication layer so we can best help our line of business leaders and ourselves drive higher engagement of our people programs, internal processes, and systems where actions need to be taken but often go missed. With this platform, you can drive timely comms in an automated fashion to not only delivery a great employee experience but also increase engagement across the board.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

This platform is amazing! You can upload your brand to their application and create unlimited content within minutes. It’s amazing how much they’ve simplified creating on-brand content that we can then automate through their sending capabilities. For a lean team having a single platform like this is a game-changer. I can now automate communications across many if not most repeatable programs and focus my energy on solving the bigger problems.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

It’d be great to see their application develop more use cases around our HR data. They already have analytics on engagement data, but it would also be nice to see them do visualizations of our HR data.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capacity savings and access to best practice templates and content that we can brand instantly.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine consolidates our internal communications into one platform, saving us time and reducing reliance on marketing. The branded library allows instant customization, aligning our messages with our corporate identity. We were up and running in days, immediately automating key aspects of our employee engagement strategy. The data-driven insights provide us insights into what’s working and what isn’t so we can focus on improving our efforts and unlocking higher engagement for key initiatives for our global employees.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

At this point, there's nothing to criticize. The team is agile, continually enhancing the platform based on real-time feedback, and aligns well with our agile HR needs.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine provides us with the opportunity to deliver timely, branded messaging from a single place.  The on-brand content is sent directly to our employees through our preferred channels without ever requiring them to log in. It not only boosts engagement but also provides valuable analytics, making our team more effective and allowing us to present quantifiable results.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

-Implementation and onboarding was a breeze (<2 weeks)
-I'm able to plan and automate communications around the employee journey that represent our employer brand and voice and I can pick the most impactful channel for each of them!
-They have a huge variety of templates and copy that give us a head start on our comms.
-Their team is fantastic and I look forward to what we roadmap in our meetings.

I wish I would have found them earlier and look forward to what they launch with each release!

ChangeEngine makes me look like I'm more than a team of 1! I can be proactive with people-related comms through visually attractive messaging and it frees up my time to work on strategic initiatives.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine helped streamline our communications from templates and branded documents to strategizing on breaking complex people programs into easily digestible moments for our employees to embrace. Most importantly, these moments can be delivered and tracked via their platform. We are then able to see what’s working and what’s not. Since working with ChangeEngine, we have automated many of our people programs, including holidays, DEIB, performance reviews, new tools and process launch announcements, and complex ones like Onboarding. Our CEO personally reached out to one of my team members and commended them for creating and automating such an elaborate onboarding program, bringing consistency across our departments, and delivering an excellent experience for our new hires.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

They have a great library. However, I would like more options for Manager Coaching, Exit/Transition Interviews, and L&D programs in the library.

Our team manages a lot of programs. It was challenging to know who was doing what before this platform. Now we can see all our programs in one place. We are creating incredible experiences for our employees and managers.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

I can manage most of my communications in one place as it pertains to Moments That Matter. CE integrates with our systems and saves us from repeatedly having to download data. It haas great automations which saves me even more time. We even managed to add and automate holidays and EDI days from 13 different countries into 1 single global calendar and automatically communicate it with employees

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There is not really anything I dislike. They are learning more and more our tone, language and how we communicate out to our employees and are getting better everyday at channeling the authenticity of our communications.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine has been helping to save time and also remind me of inclusive moments that we may want to highlight and celebrate for our employees.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has been a game changer for us (no pun intended)!  They are enthusiastic employee experience experts who will do whatever it takes to help us elevate our game.  As a small HR team we are constantly juggling priorities and focusing on administrative tasks that preclude us from doing the work we should be doing - connecting regularly with our teams across the globe.  We often were writing employee communications at the last minute and rarely had time to plan strategic messaging.

ChangeEngine has been key in helping us template and automate a large portion of our internal comms through their advice, expansive library and innovative platform. As a result, our internal comms have stepped up tremendously. Their library and customer success team provides us with ready-to-use copy for different EDI, employee engagement, and employee experience programs which saves us lots of time that we can use to focus on other aspects of the business.  I also love that their platform allows us to set and forget global messages which are then sent to employees during their local business hours.

Be ready to optimize your time with the help of ChangeEngine! Whatever you have in mind, whatever program you want to launch, ChangeEngine will help you take it to the next level.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

That I only found ChangeEngine last year!  Seriously, we haven't encountered any problems yet. Implementation was quick, smooth and enjoyable – which is rare for any new system.  We are continually learning more about everything the tool can do to get the most out of it.

Change Engine is now an extension of our team. With their help, we have exponentially increased our employee touchpoints – continuously connecting with our employees across the globe to reinforce our culture and sense of community.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

I can create and manage all my programs and communications in one place. The app easily organizes our communications by program. For example, I can now easily show anyone in our leadership team what various employee journeys look like, whether it is onboarding that captures what the first year look like for new-hires, or performance management launch, or manager coaching for 15five etc.
In addition to visibility, I can see which comms are landing on which channels and how they are performing. My focus can then shift to making changes to copy, timing, channel, or actions associated within these communications to drive higher engagement. It is really a great way to think about organizing and executing the people team and function in general. I highly recommend it!
The platform also tracks engagement data and I can finally say that People Teams can now feel equally if not more empowered than even marketing teams to make data-driven decisions to lead to improved employee experiences and engagement across the board.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

Nothing really. But, if I was to pick a few things the app can become easier to navigate. There is a lot of different kinds of moments and logic you can use to automate and sometimes I have to rely on their CS team (which is awesome) to help out.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well the time-savings from automation is the obvious one. The ability to communicate with employees and meet them where they are (personal email, slack, work email, etc.) instead of asking them to learn and adopt another application is also awesome. Lastly, data, data, data…I am sure we are just scatching the surface here.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

Working with the ChangeEngine team feels really easy. They feel like a part of my own team which is quite rare to see these days with software companies. 
The software is easy to use and allows us to streamline communications and create great employee experiences across the board. I’ve even been able to easily set up weekly and bi-weekly prompts for different groups of employees to send reminders to complete important actions that I otherwise would have had to chase down.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

They are growing quickly and as a result adding a lot of new functionality in the app. My recommendation would be for them to add more levels of user training for us to make the full use of the platform.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s reduced my dependency on internal marketing team to produce quality content and helped us automate and send great employee moments throughout our employee journey.
