**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has completely changed the way we manage employee lifecycle events and internal communications. The easy-to-use platform has made it possible for us to easily automate all our employee communications in a visually impactful way. Whether it's a birthday celebration (with gift card attached!) or practical information about open enrollment, every email and Slack feels impactful. Outstanding performance with the segmentation ensures that only relevant comms are sent to particular teams or specific team members. The AI tools for crafting messages are great, but the simple integrations and individualized, hands-on attention from my ChangeEngine team is what really makes this special. The pricing is great, but the real ROI is how much time they save me. They are always available and willing to help with branding and messaging, drafting comms and programs so it's easy to just review and approve. They are incredibly talented and make me look like a superstar!

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There is a bit of a learning curve at the start to get fully up-to-speed on how to make best use of the platform. However, they offer so much onboarding training and continual personal support that to say this is a "dislike" seems too harsh.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives my employees the individual attention they deserve without making it feel like they are being churned through a bland automated email program or generic Slackbot. The biggest benefit is saving me time so I can focus on larger strategic initiatives that impact the team in other ways. The clever and informational visuals have noticeably impacted employee engagement across the entire company.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

One feature I love about ChangeEngine is the ability I have to target messaging to specific groups of team members. This helps ensure that the right communications go to the right people at the right time. I also love that I can segment without constantly bothering my HRIS team because it integrates so well with our HRIS system. That's been a big time saver for me!

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

We have not encountered any major issues. There are a few capabilities I haven't had a chance to tap yet, but that's because of lack of time on my end, nothing to do with the program.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine helps us ensure we are sharing targeted, visually interesting, and relevant messages. Before ChangeEngine, we were limited by lack of segmentation, analytics and the ability to build visually appealing messages. Now I have a better understanding of how messages are landing with the team, and what I should adjust to get better results.

What I like best about Change Engine is how it has streamlined and improved our company-wide communications. We use the platform for everything from employee announcements and upcoming events to reminders, training communications, and important action items. 

The platform is intuitive and easy to use, which has helped simplify our workflow and save time when creating and distributing communications. Another standout aspect is the support team — they are extremely responsive, pleasant to work with, and take the time to thoroughly explain processes and answer any questions. Their customer service and guidance have made onboarding and ongoing use of the platform a very positive experience.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

At this time, we have not experienced any major issues with the platform. Any questions or minor concerns we’ve had have been addressed quickly and professionally by the support team.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Change Engine has helped us improve and centralize company-wide communication across multiple departments and locations. Before using the platform, managing employee communications, reminders, training updates, and company announcements was much more time-consuming and difficult to keep consistent. Jessica Chen has been an outstanding partner throughout our ChangeEngine deployment. From day one, she provided clear and thorough documentation for our Rippling SAML SSO integration, making what could have been a complex setup surprisingly smooth. When we needed a quick user access update, she turned it around in minutes. She's also been genuinely enthusiastic about helping us expand our use of the platform, proactively looping in the right teammates when we explored new use cases.

Nothing significant to report. The onboarding process was well-guided and any questions we had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. It's been a consistently positive experience across every interaction.

We've been using ChangeEngine to improve internal communications and change management across our organization. I like how ChangeEngine helped us streamline and scale our internal HR communications, especially for key processes like performance cycles, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. It's been a great support in ensuring consistency, timely, and targeted communications without adding manual effort for the HR team. The platform helps us centralize communication planning and automate campaigns, significantly improving efficiency and reducing the need for manual follow-ups. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy and helpful, with the team being extremely hands-on and guiding us step by step. **What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

I have used ChangeEngine now at two companies. It has allowed me to improve employee engagement through better communications, more engaging content, and scalable workflows. It has essentially acted as an additional headcount for me. We have been able to introduce a formal birthday recognition program that is automated and receives great employee feedback. We have also created a monthly newsletter that folks look forward to reading each month.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

I haven't seen a downside outside of the potential learning curve and creativity necessary to utilize it to its capacity. I don't consider this a downside with ChangeEngine in particular as their team is always available and willing to step in to support or create on your behalf. So if someone is not creative, the team is there to step in!

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have very limited bandwidth and have a very small HR team for our company. ChangeEngine allows us to maintain focus on employee engagement initiatives and employee experience while "setting and forgetting". It has also given me a great outlet - if I am in the middle of spreadsheet madness or just need a mental break from the HR load, I work on ChangeEngine material to get a positivity and fun boost.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The thing that I like best about ChangeEngine is that it simplifies the process of working with the tool. Communication is what we do most of the day as HR professionals, and ChangeEngine has simplified our lives by providing templates, email scheduling, and making even mundane emails seem more appealing to read. It provides us with structure and consistency in everything from onboarding to engagement and other notifications without being robotic.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There really hasn’t been anything I have encountered that I don’t like yet. So far my impression has been very good, especially how it organizes and standardizes communication among employees.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a global company has always been working around time zones. We want communication to go out during working hours across regions, and earlier that meant a lot of back and forth or duplicate effort. ChangeEngine has really simplified that for us—we don’t have to keep coordinating or worrying about timing anymore, it just works.

It’s also made us a lot more self-sufficient. We don’t need a full time marketing team member to build campaigns or communications for us—the platform is easy enough for HR to handle directly. The follow-up feature on emails has been especially useful, particularly for benefits communication where people often miss the first message.

We’ve also been able to make our communication more engaging with surveys, images, and GIFs, which definitely helps with participation. And the HRIS integration is a big plus—we’re not manually pulling or updating employee data anymore, which saves time and avoids mistakes.

And honestly, the ChangeEngine team has been great to work with—very responsive and proactive, which makes the whole experience amazing.

I love the automation of email moments in ChangeEngine. It takes tasks off my plate at work, allowing me to focus my attention on other high priority concerns. I also appreciate the collaboration that the team provides in idea sharing to make moments that matter for our team. The team makes the integration and initial setup as easy as possible, with the team there with you every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

The app and website are incredible user-friendly and intuitive in the way they are run. I haven't found much to dislike about the service because any time I have vocalized a wish (for example: folders and subfolders for the content that is housed on ChangeEngine in order to organize it) the team gets to work on making our desires a reality (ChangeEngine has content folders and subfolders now!). It feels like they are continually updating and evolving their site and services to meet and exceed the needs of their clients.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChangeEngine for both automated communications (such as new hire onboarding moments, birthdays, anniversaries or regular wellness initiatives) and for creating larger, more complex internal campaigns such as our months-long communication moments introducing our company values. It solves creative and manpower issues for our smaller team by helping to brainstorm and execute ideas. Plus, their AI Blueprint feature allows me to create a comprehensive communication campaign for any need I can dream of!

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

What has been most helpful with Change Engine is the ability to program automated communications. When I’m managing several different priorities, important messages—like new-hire first-day reminders to managers, standard evaluation follow-ups, timely exit interviews, and birthday or anniversary notices—can easily be delayed or fall through the cracks. Being able to schedule these communications helps ensure we maintain trust and engagement with our team, while also supporting department accountability.

It’s also been invaluable to receive analytics on the communications being sent. That data supports our internal reviews and helps us confirm that our activities are meaningful and impactful. On top of that, the team’s quick turnaround in supporting new initiatives and brainstorming with us on fresh ideas has been a big help. They truly feel like a partner in bringing our vision to life, and the customized imagery has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

One of the biggest challenges we’ve had with ChangeEngine is making sure all team members actually receive—and can view—the communication graphics. Several people aren’t seeing the imagery in their emails due to different programming blocks, which keeps them from fully engaging in the process. We’ve been working closely with our IT team to address this, but we still haven’t found a resolution.

Also, when searching through the program categories, it can be a bit difficult to locate a specific program once you have so many. I’d like the option to delete a communication rather than only archive it, so it’s removed entirely if, for example, we never ended up using it.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has saved our department a lot of time, which lets us focus more on strategic planning rather than administrative application work. We’ve also reduced costs by not needing alternate data reporting software. Communication is now more streamlined and consistent, helping team members feel valued and reinforcing our overall company culture. On top of that, it helps us spot communication trends so we can adjust our cadence to better fit our workforce and create content that truly matters, improving the efficient use of company resources.

For small HR teams, busy HR teams, or simply HR teams that have many other priorities, it makes the important work of regularly communicating with employees and connecting with them in engaging ways, easy, automatic and really high impact.  Simply put, they make me look good!

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

Nothing at all.  Their platform is excellent, their service is top notch, and they are constantly innovating to provide more value.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of time!  I have a small HR team and a distributed workforce.  Their platform and their support team enable us to automate and replicate many employee touchpoints through many channels.  Our communications look intentional and professional.  We can effortlessly collect feedback, connect new hires with just-in-time information, nudge managers, and reinforce all of our messages, culture and branding across multiple channels.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

We are newer ChangeEngine users but already seeing the benefits of having a flexible platform to create, track and reimagine how we do internal comms. Working with JC and Manu on design elements and building out templates is helping us to further brand our comms across teams. We are enjoying the Listen feature as well and using as a tool to get real-time feedback beyond open rates that gauge understanding too.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

There is a lot to like about the platform that we're still exploring. One feature we would love to see is a way to integrate our comms intake form into the platform so that we can streamline responding to those comms and get them scheduled right in ChangeEngine.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine is helping us better manage the lifecycle of our comms requests and track by programs, launch dates and engagement metrics. Again, we are early users and working to extract as much value as we can. But we're already receiving positive feedback about the look and feel of our comms. One of the biggest benefits is moving away from our distro lists that are not as current as data we get directly from our HRIS.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

What I appreciate most about ChangeEngine is how much it has simplified large-scale employee communication across a distributed workforce. With more than 40 hotel properties spread across multiple states, reaching employees in a consistent way (especially frontline and hourly team members) used to be time-consuming and often fragmented.

The platform has allowed us to centralize communication through SMS, email, and branded resource pages in a way that feels intuitive and user-friendly for both administrators and employees. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which has noticeably reduced the time we spend building, organizing, and distributing communications.

A major benefit has been stronger engagement and better visibility into what’s working. We can track open rates and employee interaction more effectively, which helps us understand which messages are resonating and where we may need to adjust our approach.

The ChangeEngine team has also been extremely responsive and collaborative during implementation and in ongoing use. They’re open to feedback, proactive with ideas, and willing to customize solutions to better fit our operational needs.

Overall, the platform has improved efficiency, strengthened communication consistency, and helped modernize the employee experience across our portfolio.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

One area that still feels like it has room to grow is reporting and analytics customization. The platform offers useful engagement data and solid visibility into communication performance, but there are times when more advanced filtering, benchmarking, or export options would be especially helpful (particularly for organizations managing multiple locations or distinct audiences).

There can also be a bit of a learning curve when you’re first building more customized pages or workflows, especially for users who are newer to communication platforms. More templates, guided setup tools, or expanded onboarding resources could make adoption smoother and help decentralized teams get up to speed faster.

As the platform continues to expand, deeper integrations with additional HRIS and operational systems would add value as well and further streamline day-to-day processes.

That said, one of ChangeEngine’s strengths is how responsive the team is to feedback and how consistently they evolve the product. We have seen meaningful improvements introduced over time based on customer input, which makes the partnership feel collaborative rather than transactional.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine has helped us address one of the biggest challenges in hospitality HR: communicating consistently and effectively across a highly distributed workforce with varying levels of technology access. Before implementing the platform, our communications were often fragmented across email, PDFs, bulletin boards, and multiple systems, making it difficult to ensure employees were actually receiving and engaging with important information.

With more than 40 hotel properties across multiple states, we needed a centralized, scalable communication solution. ChangeEngine has enabled us to streamline employee messaging through SMS, email, and branded communication pages, while also improving our visibility into engagement metrics and overall communication effectiveness.

A major benefit has been operational efficiency. Tasks that previously required significant manual coordination between HR and property leadership teams can now be completed much faster and with greater consistency. The platform has also improved employee access to key resources, including benefits information, policy updates, and company initiatives.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The most helpful thing about ChangeEngine has definitely been the automated employee communication. I love that we can schedule reminders and communication for onboarding, fingerprint expiration dates, BLS renewals, and even staff timecard reminders. It has helped keep communication organized, consistent, and timely while saving us so much manual follow-up. It’s been a huge help with staying proactive and making sure staff are getting the information they need when they need it.

Honestly, I don’t really have anything negative to say — I really enjoy using ChangeEngine. If I had to mention one thing, I could see there being a little bit of a learning curve at first when it comes to setting up templates, automations, and reminders. But once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes very user-friendly and makes communication so much easier to manage.

Truly seamless automation of communications for occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, and onboarding new employees. Our HR team has saved countless hours by using their AI features, and we’ve also received superb customer service from a dedicated team. The use of ChangeEngine has made a noticeable difference in our employee engagement! One of my favorite features is BluePrint AI, which made it possible for our team to move from concept to execution much faster than we could have on our own. I don’t dislike anything about the system. It’s easy to use and intuitive, and it offers multiple creative options and ideas. We have dedicated people to help, if we need it. Our customer support team have been life savers on more than one occasion.

As we’ve grown, our communication and employee engagement strategies weren’t keeping up with our employees’ needs. I love our team, which helps us deliver whatever we want to communicate. They're very helpful, friendly, and willing to help us come up with solutions. The branding looks really professional, and we've been able to automate a lot of communications. It saves our small team a lot of time and makes everything look really nice, branded, consistent, and pretty. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

We were working on a benefits page, and we weren't able to extract all of the documents as a PDF and look at them. We had to click through and individually look at each PDF before sending it out. It would have been better if we could have extracted it to a PDF. Also, if we could attach PDFs, that would be helpful as well.

ChangeEngine saves our small team a lot of time and makes our internal communications look really nice, branded, and consistent.

I love that ChangeEngine allows me to create communications ahead of time and schedule them to send to specific people. It saves me the manual time and effort of sending communications at the right moment or on specific days, especially when the emails are reminders about an HR process. They also make the emails look really nice and like I spent a long time creating them, but in reality, it only took a few minutes. It's valuable because it saves me time and energy. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

I think the AI photo generator could be improved. I find that the template graphics aren't the best for a formal business, and I usually have to pick a design and replace it with my own text and photo.

I like ChangeEngine's “can do” attitude because they've never said no to any request I've made. When we launched our first engagement survey, they went above and beyond in the building and reporting process. We've successfully moved our entire performance management process from our HRIS system to ChangeEngine, which was a massive job, and they made it more user-friendly and valuable for all stakeholders. Additionally, we built an onboarding communication workflow. Overall, they've enabled me to establish a communication department for my company from the ground up. Also, it integrates well with our HRIS system and Microsoft Teams, and the initial setup was very easy.

The data insights are excellent for tracking engagement, but what truly sets ChangeEngine apart is the customer support. The team is highly proactive and turns around design requests with impressive speed. Overall, it’s a powerful tool, backed by an even stronger team.

I haven’t noticed any downsides so far. The team is proactively improving the platform and regularly rolling out new features.

ChangeEngine is the ideal blend of great people and a strong product. I genuinely love working with my customer success team—they truly feel like an extension of our own team. The tool is incredibly easy to use, and they’re constantly rolling out enhancements that improve the UX/UI and deliver even more value for us as clients. They take feedback and requests seriously, and they’re always quick to jump in and support.

Change Engine has been an incredible resource during the onboarding process. Instead of having to set up a new message manually over and over via email, Change Engine has virtually eliminated this process through the seamless integration with our HRIS system. Additionally, I love how we were able to set up our communications with our unique branding. And having the feature of using banners for our communications has really made them more vibrant and engaging. As a People Experience Analyst, I find it to be an amazing tool for capturing data such as email interactions and surveys across our organization.

A couple of things come to mind. It would be great to have an option to schedule a survey to close on a specific date and time, rather than having to do it manually. Also, if possible, it would be helpful to be able to set up more than one connection for email communications.

Because of the integration with our HRIS system, it’s incredibly helpful to set up communications for specific groups and events without having to recreate them manually every time. For example, I’ve built multiple onboarding communications that automatically send based on an employee’s start date, which saves my team a lot of time and lets us focus on other priorities. Also, thanks to the tags set up by the Change Engine team, I don’t have to manually enter the employee’s name or their direct report’s name—those details are pulled from our HRIS system and then filled into the tags that act as placeholders for that information.

We saw immediate results in terms of employee satisfaction and management feedback. Now we are excited to expand it to our global workforce.

12/07/2025 Update to my review: We have been with ChangeEngine now for over 2 1/2 years and the platform has only gotten better with time. One thing I appreciate is how it is hitting on more than just internal comms, with new survey tools (Listen Module) and the ability to quickly make guides, one pagers and FAQs, it is becoming a powerful all-in-one tool for comms, HR, and L&D.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The customer service is exceptional. Jaqui is truly the MVP — always responsive, supportive, and willing to help in any way she can. Fer has also been a fantastic partner throughout our journey. Beyond the people, the platform itself is easy to use and top-notch. Having worked in the L&D space for years, I can confidently say that if you’re looking for a functional, well-designed platform that supports both learning design and communication goals, this is the cream of the crop. I frequently use this platform, and the ease of implementation is phenomenal! The integrated AI tools have helped me save significant time and allowed me to focus on other critical initiatives across the organization. I also love that the platform is continuously evolving, it’s clear the team is committed to making it better and better.

Honestly, I haven’t found a flaw yet. I’ve loved the experience across the board.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

I love how ChangeEngine is integrated with ADP and helps me send emails to the groups I want seamlessly. It drafts emails and communications for me, creating media as if I have my own comms team. The customer service is superb; they really figure out whatever you need, even helping with recruitment flyers, employer branding, and company swag. The ease of scheduling emails and using the calendar to see the analytics behind it is great. Having a separate platform to run my emails in an HR compliant way is very valuable. Plus, the initial setup was easy.

ChangeEngine automates my HR communications by integrating with ADP, so I no longer manually copy and paste emails. I can schedule emails, manage them, and see analytics. It feels like having my own comms team.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

ChangeEngine has been a game changer for my organization. It makes communications easy to send out and integrates with Outlook, Teams, and our HRIS. The team at ChangeEngine is incredible, hands on in a non-invasive way and always available to answer questions and help with our needs. We use ChangeEngine on a weekly if not daily basis. Implementation was easy, straightforward and a breeze with our success managers.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

My only hiccup has been some of the HRIS mapping, but honestly, the team at ChangeEngine has been going above and beyond to help us find solutions and work through our unique needs. The product does come with a fee, but the amount of support and access to unique materials you receive really makes it worth it.

**What problems is ChangeEngine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChangeEngine has helped us with accurate reporting on email open rates and interactions with unique links. They have helped us make our communications uniform and easy to spot as an official communication. We have also been able to integrate MS Teams as a new touchpoint to communicate on a large scale and get our team members to connect and interact when they work in a primarily remote environment spread across the US and Canada. We love ChangeEngine and what it has helped us achieve in terms of engagement and communication.

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

Our ChangeEngine team is fantastic. We have regular meetings where the team asks us thoughtful questions to be sure we're getting the most out of their service, listen to what we're working on and provide advise as to how/if we could do it more efficiently with the tool. The integration to our HRIS allows for easy segmentation of groups which has become one of my favorite tools for easy internal comms. One way I've used the tool is to assist in full company event planning. Being able to have onboarding help and track internal emails is also incredibly helpful. Love this team and am excited to see what more we can do with them and the ChangeEngine tool overall. - HP

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

What I like best about Change Engine is the customer service and the quick response time when I'm in a time crunch to get information out to company employees. Carla is professional and provide great input/ideas and feedback when we have to reach employees to make it short, concise and professional capturing their attention. Change Engine has made my life easier, quick to get out important information with the many new programs I initiate, including making open enrollment more efficient. They are always there when I need them. They are simply awesome to work with and a superior partner for communications to all our employees.

There is simply nothing negative I can say. I just love working with my team, they help me get the job done and also provide stats when I need them.

Change engine assists me to reach out to targeted groups of employees when necessary and provides the utmost in customer service. They zero in on my needs and are committed to the success of a communication and inform me on their recommendations to make my reach more effective. They are able to add links, forms, complete surveys and more. They are an awesome communication partner. The effectiveness is proof in the responses from our employees which also includes compliance.

They've been outstanding in helping us build our brand and EVP! Operationally, the things they made work for us on a daily basis are, standardized communication for onboarding and milestones, helpful nudges, drip training on leadership, virtual engagement and alignment with core beliefs and culture. Their standard for developing communications campaigns is high and not merely aesthetically pleasing but also aligned with the mission and strategy as defined by us.

There are no downsides per se, but as a suggestion for improvement, team member engagement with the messaging is something they continue to solve for with us. I would like to give kudos for their willingness to strategize and create!

**What do you like best about ChangeEngine?**

The portal makes creating and scheduling internal comms a breeze. But my favorite thing, is the creative team, that I get to collaborate with. Fer and Jacqui are an absolute dream, they are professional, creative, friendly, on-time, and never skip a beat. I feel like we hit the lottery with them. They provide the best customer support I have experienced with any integrated relationship.

The editing software is not as user friendly as other software (Canva) but it is manageable.

It helped us create a centralized method of sending out internal communication. The analytics function also helps us gauge the engagement and open rates which is helpful in strategizing the type of content our employees respond most positively to. Additionally, the professional look and feel of the moments and Teams messages really helps our internal comms team (HR) look polished and professional.

I love that ChangeEngine makes our lives easier, especially when sending out communications company-wide. It's really helpful for us to automate these messages based on time and local time zones, which is important since we have employees across the U.S. in different time zones. I appreciate how integrating communications via Email and Slack has made processes like rolling out Open-Enrollment simple and time-saving. The setup process was quite simple, thanks to the ChangeEngine team's support.

The individuals who assist with implementing CE are a major reason I will always recommend this platform. I have had the opportunity to work with many members of their team, and each one has been exceptionally kind, accommodating, and consistently willing to go the extra mile to help bring your vision to life. While ChangeEngine offers many impressive features, I believe it is truly the people behind the platform who are responsible for its success.

The automated emails have also made a noticeable impact. We often hear from people who genuinely appreciate our happy birthday and work anniversary messages. These emails help them feel more connected to our organization, as they show that we remember and value those special moments.

Additionally, having the ability to review statistics, confirm that emails have been delivered, and gather data on who is engaging with the links has proven to be extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about ChangeEngine?**

One area where ChangeEngine could be enhanced is by introducing an auto-save feature or providing a visible save button that can be used while editing or building newsletter emails. There have been occasions when I was working on something, and a refresh caused me to lose all my progress, forcing me to start over. Currently, having to exit the design, click save, and then return to editing disrupts my workflow, and at times I even forget that the save button exists!

ChangeEngine has been instrumental in streamlining our communication and gathering information. When we first started using it, our main objective was to build a stronger connection with our team members, especially since we are located all across the United States. We've also found that ChangeEngine is useful for a variety of our teams!

What I appreciate most about ChangeEngine is how easy it is to use and collaborate within. I also like that it encourages collaboration across teams, so engagement initiatives aren’t siloed. At times, the team’s responses to edits can be a bit delayed, likely due to workload, though they always meet the deadlines once set. The image and visual additions in the platform can feel a little clunky, though that may be more on my side as a user. While the check-ins and reminders are helpful for keeping projects on track, they can occasionally add to our workload. That said, the team is consistently engaging, polite, and dedicated to ensuring everything is completed as promised.

ChangeEngine has become an essential part of how we run HR and People & Culture communications. Before, our team was stuck in a loop of drafting, sending, and manually following up on recognition campaigns, policy rollouts, or DEI messaging. Now, with ChangeEngine, we can build personalized, automated campaigns that feel human — and scale them across the company without adding headcount.

The platform is intuitive for HR users (even those without marketing or design backgrounds), and the ability to A/B test messaging, schedule in advance, and automatically tie into recognition tools has been a huge time saver.
