
Bloomerang is an easy to use software, with amazing customer support, and an outstanding implementation team. They were with me every step of the way while we transitioned from Blackbaud's Rasiers Edge. I really appreciate their free training sessions, webinars, and numerous other resources. As a school, the ability to integrate our SIS with Bloomerang via their open API was critical. The API documentation was robust and our developer was able to integrate the two with ease.
Bloomerang also hosts an annual conference called GivCon. If you are a fundraiser, not just a Bloomerang user, you need to attend! There are so many incredible presenters it was hard to choose between the sessions and I walked away with so many wonderful ideas that I was able to implement when I returned to the office.
