What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

Bloomerang is an easy to use software, with amazing customer support, and an outstanding implementation team. They were with me every step of the way while we transitioned from Blackbaud's Rasiers Edge. I really appreciate their free training sessions, webinars, and numerous other resources. As a school, the ability to integrate our SIS with Bloomerang via their open API was critical. The API documentation was robust and our developer was able to integrate the two with ease.

Bloomerang also hosts an annual conference called GivCon. If you are a fundraiser, not just a Bloomerang user, you need to attend! There are so many incredible presenters it was hard to choose between the sessions and I walked away with so many wonderful ideas that I was able to implement when I returned to the office. Not only that, but I also made some great contacts and learned about the amazing work others are doing all over the country. This is a must attend event! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

"Effortless Information Access and Outstanding Support with Bloomerang"
What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

Bloomerang makes finding information easy, and the Journey Automation is extremely helpful. I like that you have easy access to helpful information if you are learning how to use it. We also like the easy format of creating forms and using those online, and the option for donors to pay for the processing fee, which is one big reason we moved over to Bloomerang Fundraising. The customer support is also very good and quick to respond. We have been using Bloomerang CRM for many years, and it is a great product. Would recommend to a colleague. What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

I don't really have anything I dislike about Bloomerang. I am still learning it but it is easy to learn and the more I use it, the more I like it. If I have a question or an issue, customer support is quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust, User-Friendly, and Feature-Packed Solution"
What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

I really love Bloomerang. It's really robust and has a lot of features. It's very user friendly when you're just getting started, but as you use it more and learn it, it's even better. I can make a report for my Executive Director in a snap. I love the new Journey Automations. We're only using the one for new donors now, but I'm sure we'll add more in the future.

It also integrates really well with other things. Until recently, we were using Mailchimp, and the emails from there would merge into Bloomerang without me having to do anything.

What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

What I like most is the intuitive nature of Bloomerang.

Every new job usually requires you to learn a new software, especially in the non-profit world. Learning how to effectively use Bloomerang was fairly simple and straight forward. With very little training (because there just wasn't enough time), I was able to operate the CRM and effectively provide information to our board, report to our donors, track our grant requests, and follow our plan towards meeting our goals. What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

My least favorite thing is Bloomerang's process of iteration.

Much of the coding is functional, but I would really like it if we were able to restrict selections of what appeals are available, as they are coded to different campaigns. For example, when I select "Grants" or "Annual Campaign" under campaigns, it would be great if not all the Appeals were possible selections. It would help ensure that we don't make mistakes inputting gifts. Restricting Appeals to specific Campaigns and specific Campaigns to individual Funds would be extremely helpful. What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

You know how some software feels like a headache to figure out? Bloomerang isn’t like that at all. From the moment I started using it, it just clicked. It’s easy, intuitive, and keeps my donor records organized. The reporting tools are a lifesaver — they help me quickly see how we’re doing and share our progress with the team and donors. Honestly, it takes the stress out of donor management so I can focus on what I love most: connecting with people and supporting our mission. What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

I love the charts and ease of creating reports. All the information is at my finger tips and simple to access in ways that are creative and easy to understand. Also, the customer support is excellent. From phone calls to the chat feature, I am always treated professionally and with kindness and my questions are answered quickly and clearly. What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

I wish it were easier to build a customized report. I feel like it takes some time, and workaround, to get a report to be specific. For example, I can easily pull a report of donors with recurring gifts.. but what about donors who give monthly but aren't set up as recurring? I should be able to easily add those specific details to the report. Instead, I have to spend valuable time figuring out a way to adjust a report to be what I need. What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

We made the switch to Bloomerang almost 2 years ago and it was such a good decision. Bloomerang is an easy to use platform that is chock full of tools. I'm able to easily create email appeals, newsletters, and reports. We also tapped into Qgiv for our Peer To Peer event each spring and Qgiv has made the event easier to manage and more successful. As a donor database, I love the dashboard that identifies new donors, lapsed donors, and donors at risk, as well as year by year comparisons (by month) and snapshots of major events that we've had in the year. Bloomerang is ALMOST a one stop shop for us, and being a team of 1, that is priceless for our agency! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

Love the ability to easily customize and creating a simple report is pretty straight forward, especially with the templates that are provided. Customer support is responsive and most of the time easy to follow the instructions. And I appreciate how easy it is to integrate with other platforms like Double the Donation and Qgiv. What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

While I like the reporting features, there are some features in the db that I cannot directly pull into a report. Also, I'd like to receive consistent updates when there are bugs or issues. I don't feel that I get these updates consistently. It would also be great to be able to know which team member updates an account, not only the profile page, but on just about any page on the timeline (transactions, interactions, notes). What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

The interface is extremely user-friendly, making navigation simple and intuitive. The Summary serves as an effective dashboard, allowing users to easily view an overview of the constituent's giving activity.

Bloomerang is phenomenal. I find the platform to be intuitive and user-friendly.
