I love how easy it is to onboard, implement, learn, and use. The design is straightforward and easy to follow, and the platform itself is organized in a very simple, intuitive way. In addition, Bloomerang now integrates with QGiv, along with Quickbooks, which makes keeping records much simpler. (Quickbooks can be mapped in either or both directions.)
Bloomerang also allows organizations to send out communications, track their progress, and automatically record any actions. More recently, Bloomerang has added a large amount of AI capabilities that look promising.
Customer support is pretty good with Bloomerang with usually a response time of 24-48 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quickbooks works with multiple payment processors which can be confusing. In addition, I find that I usually have to clean data on occasion - nothing major but sometimes the integrations (due to how mapping occurs) can create duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
