What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

I am able to track donors from across a long timeline. I find creating reports and being able to customize them to be extremely helpful. I would be remiss if I didn't say that one of the reasons to switch to Bloomerang was cost consideration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

What do you like best about Bloomerang CRM?

What I like most is the intuitive nature of Bloomerang.

Every new job usually requires you to learn a new software, especially in the non-profit world. Learning how to effectively use Bloomerang was fairly simple and straight forward. With very little training (because there just wasn't enough time), I was able to operate the CRM and effectively provide information to our board, report to our donors, track our grant requests, and follow our plan towards meeting our goals. What do you dislike about Bloomerang CRM?

My least favorite thing is Bloomerang's process of iteration.

Much of the coding is functional, but I would really like it if we were able to restrict selections of what appeals are available, as they are coded to different campaigns. For example, when I select "Grants" or "Annual Campaign" under campaigns, it would be great if not all the Appeals were possible selections. It would help ensure that we don't make mistakes inputting gifts. Restricting Appeals to specific Campaigns and specific Campaigns to individual Funds would be extremely helpful.
