Bloomerang is an easy to use software, with amazing customer support, and an outstanding implementation team. They were with me every step of the way while we transitioned from Blackbaud's Rasiers Edge. I really appreciate their free training sessions, webinars, and numerous other resources. As a school, the ability to integrate our SIS with Bloomerang via their open API was critical. The API documentation was robust and our developer was able to integrate the two with ease. Bloomerang also hosts an annual conference called GivCon. If you are a fundraiser, not just a Bloomerang user, you need to attend! There are so many incredible presenters it was hard to choose between the sessions and I walked away with so many wonderful ideas that I was able to implement when I returned to the office. Not only that, but I also made some great contacts and learned about the amazing work others are doing all over the country. This is a must attend event!

Bloomerang makes finding information easy, and the Journey Automation is extremely helpful. I like that you have easy access to helpful information if you are learning how to use it. We also like the easy format of creating forms and using those online, and the option for donors to pay for the processing fee, which is one big reason we moved over to Bloomerang Fundraising. The customer support is also very good and quick to respond. We have been using Bloomerang CRM for many years, and it is a great product. Would recommend to a colleague.
