Thanks Jeff and David! Also located within the Bloomerang "?" is the Features Portal. You can see where we're seeking feedback, features that are in progress or recently released.

I agree with Dave.  Plus, if you're already a user you can see the status of proposed changes as well as upcoming changes by clicking on Changelog and Product Updates.

If you are a current user at the top of the page there is a ? Icon that allows you to ask questions either via email or live chat.  I have also used this for recommendations for changes.  I hope that helps.
