I like the way that Awardco looks, the interface is easy to use and it is very simple to use. With it being linked to my personify account, I am basically giving me money for being healthy. I think it is very simple to use when I first started, it was east to set up as much information was already avilable. I think it is a great option for your buck. We like the Slack integration so it is easy for supervisors to recognize employee efforts without logging into another website and learning another UI. We also like the ability to recognize employees either with or without a monetary incentive. This allows us to validate employee efforts more often and then provide awards where appropriate. Pricing is a little steep for a small company like ours, but we feel that it is incentivizing our employees to be more productive and pays for itself that way. It is allowing us to continually reinforce our company core values that help us to stand out, and allows us to provide instant rewards that help to motivate our employees instead of a bonus on a paycheck that they may not even realize was different from regular earnings.
