There aren't very many things that were good about this program, however, the one nice thing was that it had a lot of reports and could house a ton of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It took completely forever to run list and sync campaigns. It was constantly slow and would take hours on end to do one thing. We would constantly have to shut down the program and restart it. Running the reports was another task in itself. It would take a minimum of 2 weeks to get all the reports done. List imports would take hours, and you weren't able to have multiple one done in a day. The program would constantly freeze and if you shut it down you would lose all your data. Not only that but you really need a full IT department dedicated to this program for constant updates.
