I like how Novi seamlessly integrates with other platforms (Quickbooks, Constant Contact, etc)

Novi's software designers understand what associations do on a daily basis and have designed--and continue to update--a software and UI that meets the actual (not assumed) needs of association professionals. The staff offers some of the best customer service I have ever experienced--responsive with answers that work. The community that they have created among the clients is supportive, helpful, interactive, just want someone who is a small-staff leader needs. The software continues to grow in terms of features and integrations to respond to the customers. I'm especially excited about the many improvements to Novi that have originated from customer requests including the beta version of Navigator, Novi's AI agent. For a one person staff, this and Novi in general gives me one of the highest ROIs of any system or software that I use on a daily basis.

Novi has an incredibly helpful and responsive support team. The interface is intuitive, and the developers consistently adapt to customer needs. Integrations with Quickbooks and Constant Contact are especially useful and save a lot of time.
