"Easily track contact details"

What do you like best about ChamberMaster?

I am able to create registration pages and manage the numbers of people who accepted or declined the invitation. I am for instance, able to track contact details, membership levels, and renewal dates within a single database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChamberMaster?

I was also able to discover that its integration with our existing accounting software was challenging to implement. Invoicing is a procedure that includes several stages, and the customization of templates in invoices is not convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChamberMaster?

ChameMaster is a living thing when it comes to us as it is a tool which is of great help in managing the membership database of our chamber of commerce. What do you dislike about ChamberMaster?

"A good start for a Chamber-off commerce specific"

What do you like best about ChamberMaster?

"Switching to Chamber Master"

What do you like best about ChamberMaster?

It was a really easy transition from the old site and database to this one. Transferring clients and everything was easy to figure out. I was in charge of the whole project going from the old method to this one. It took awhile due to how poor the previous system was, but it was super easy getting this one up and ready to go live. What do you like best about ChamberMaster?

Ease of use. Allows a small number of staff members handle a large number of tasks. Responsive to requests and upgrades. Support is immensely helpful and quick to reply. They are also very friendly and can provide videos to help show steps on solving issues that you may be having. They also provide free training webinars on a consistent basis. What do you dislike about ChamberMaster?

There are some glitches in the processes of adding members and handling events. Reports aren't always accurate. There are occasions where the database is slow to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
