It is based on Microsoft so when you export data you can pull it into a dynamic workbook to sort. Which is great because you have to sort all data manually because of poor setup and lack of support/ticket resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not user friendly or intuitive. Full of bugs that take forever to be fixed. We launched a year ago and we are still trying to get invoices to be correct. Some confirmation emails are in Chinese characters. Protech Connect tool has NEVER worked. We've lost so much money in dues that weren't invoiced correctly. Tickets take months and we have so many tickets. We had to bring in an expert just to help us unpack everything that was wrong with our setup. People have quit over this.
