Which is great because you have to sort all data manually because of poor setup and lack of support/ticket resolution. **What do you dislike about Protech AMS?** Not user friendly or intuitive. Full of bugs that take forever to be fixed. We launched a year ago and we are still trying to get invoices to be correct. Some confirmation emails are in Chinese characters. Protech Connect tool has NEVER worked. We've lost so much money in dues that weren't invoiced correctly. Tickets take months and we have so many tickets. We had to bring in an expert just to help us unpack everything that was wrong with our setup. Also I liked the option to create dashboards for membership and events (unfortunately could not use these because our data was so awful). **What do you dislike about Protech AMS?** The product was rushed to implementation at my former employer and no proper testing was done, so processes did not work correctly or were broken and the solution was just to find a work around instead of fixing anything. Getting support on any issue was impossible - our ticket time was 8-12 weeks to get even basic issues fixed. **What problems is Protech AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing an AMS system for our membership and allowing us to track membership and event registrations. ### 13. We are able to capture and display database information with ease. The drop in modules make setup easier than other integrated systems I've used. **What do you dislike about Protech AMS?** I wish that it was easier to format the pages of MX. **What problems is Protech AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved our issue with data inaccuracies on our website. Now that the information displayed is pulled directly from the database, we have been able to ensure that the most up to date information is visible.
