We developed our new website with every component that we wanted. It's easy to create and the support team is outstanding! We've occasionally had questions and we get responses same day or next day, often with links to video directions. Our organzation's website coordinator says this is her favorite platform that she's ever used. I'm not a techy person but have been able to easily upload design components onto our website. Our members have found logging on to be easy and the site to be intuitive. We also LOVE that ClubRunner has an app so that you can access member info from your phone. This company and its product is phenomenal and we highly recommend it. SO glad we switched over to ClubRunner for Altrusa District Twelve! **What do you dislike about ClubRunner?** None so far. ClubRunner staff entered our membership data accurately and guided us in the website creation components. Easy to use. Looks great. Excellent support. No problems at all. **What problems is ClubRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to be able to have more information on our website available to our members with easy access to it in the "members only" section, in addition to the public part of the site . ClubRunner does this. We wanted a way for members of one club to be able to get the contact information of members in other clubs so that they could connect more easily. ClubRunner makes this easy on the computer or your cell phone. ### 2. I found it extremely useful and the integration for District and RI makes the Secretary job much easier than otherwise. **What do you dislike about ClubRunner?** There is not much that I dislike. The pricing is a little high for a small club. **What problems is ClubRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** General management of Club data and communication with members and Districts are made easier with CR. ### 3. The pricing is more beneficial to a group setting as well. **What problems is ClubRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** The accuracy of my running and holding myself accountable to it as a part of my lifestyle. ### 5. Very easy to maneuver through their platform. **What do you dislike about ClubRunner?** Have to wait sometimes for updates as staff is small but that is also a plus. **What problems is ClubRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Interconnectivity with other Clubs and International organization. Streamlined processes. Ability to have non-technical people easily work on aspects of sites. ### 6. The connection to the District is helpful too. ### 7. We had people disengage from the software because it wasn't user friendly. This program was developed for Rotary and I suspect it works well for that organization but it doesn't quite fit with other orgs - there are better solutions out there. **What problems is ClubRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not using this at our club anymore. ### 8. The UI is clean and eed feel responsive to ever user action. Extremely User friendly and the best customer service/ help hotline in the biz! **What do you dislike about ClubRunner?** At the moment, the ClubRunner system has minimal defaults negatively speaking. If I had to choose, the palette tool options could have a more dense options. More options would broaden the project outcome. **What problems is ClubRunner solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ClubRunner system would quicken production and minimize mistakes.
