What do you like best about Qobra?

Qobra is very reliable and easy to use in our SaaS environment. The interface is clean and intuitive, and we’ve never run into technical issues. What I really like is the Slack integration — we use Qobra as a Slack bot internally, which makes commission updates very visible and genuinely motivating for the team. What do you dislike about Qobra?

What do you like best about Qobra?

Qobra makes managing sales compensation extremely transparent and effortless. I particularly like the intuitive interface, clear dashboards, and real-time visibility into performance. What do you like best about Qobra?

Clear real-time visibility:

I always have a transparent overview of where I stand regarding my quota attainment. At any moment, I can see exactly what I’ve achieved and what I’m earning.

Motivating simulations:

The simulation feature is extremely helpful—being able to model different deal scenarios and instantly see how they impact my quota attainment and payout really motivates me and helps me plan my pipeline strategically.

Intuitive and easy to use:

Qobra is very user-friendly. I can click into any field and immediately understand the underlying calculation and logic. Everything feels intuitive and self-explanatory.

High transparency:

The platform builds trust because all calculations are visible and easy to verify. There’s no ambiguity and I always know exactly how my variable compensation is tracked.

Saves time & reduces back-and-forth:

I no longer need to chase down compensation explanations or double-check spreadsheets. Qobra centralizes everything and reduces manual work for both SDRs and managers.

What do you dislike about Qobra?

Mobile experience could be improved:

The mobile version isn’t always as smooth or user-friendly as the desktop interface.

Limited filtering options in the deal overview:

At the bottom of the page, where all deals are listed, the overview can become hard to navigate. With many Closed Won deals (e.g., 100+), it’s difficult to quickly find a specific deal. Additional filter options (such as by IC name, deal name, or similar) would make searching much easier.

Occasional delays in data updates:

"A Game-Changer for Tracking Performance and Variable Compensation"
What do you like best about Qobra?

Since we started using Qobra, the way I track my results and targets has completely changed. I can now easily see my performance against my goals and know with total clarity and transparency how much variable compensation I’ll earn based on that.

The tool is very intuitive and makes the whole process much smoother. Before, we were managing everything with cumbersome Excel sheets, and the difference has been huge — now I have real-time visibility of my performance and incentives, directly integrated with the results we track in Power BI, without relying on manual calculations or waiting for reports.

Moreover, at the moment of implementation, we were able to start using it with ease, making the transition seamless.

What do you like best about Qobra?

The platform has seemed to me to be an extremely useful and comprehensive tool. I especially like that it allows me to view my commissions in real time, which provides me with transparency and control over my results. Additionally, the ability to confirm commissions directly from the platform makes the process agile and reliable.

Another aspect I greatly value is the automatic notifications I receive in my email every time I generate a commission. This detail, although simple, makes me feel happy and recognized by my company, as it reflects constant monitoring and immediate recognition of my effort. What do you dislike about Qobra?

An opportunity for improvement that I identify in the platform is the lack of a functionality that allows planning and backing up commissions. I believe it would be very useful to have a planner or backup module, where a historical and organized record of commissions could be kept, allowing for more efficient consultation, comparison, and projection of information.

Currently, although the platform fulfills its main purpose, this improvement would provide greater control, traceability, and security of information, especially for those of us who manage multiple commissions or need to generate periodic reports. Including this functionality would further strengthen the user experience and increase confidence in the tool, knowing that there is always a clear and updated backup of the data. What do you like best about Qobra?

What I like best about Qobra is that it works as a top-tier tool for the calculation and management of variables. It provides a very clear structure that makes it much easier to handle complex compensation plans and scenarios that otherwise would be extremely time-consuming to calculate manually. The flexibility it offers allows me to adapt the calculations to the specific logic of our business without losing accuracy or control, which is something really valuable.

Another aspect I really appreciate is the transparency it brings: people involved can quickly understand how results are obtained, which builds trust and reduces questions or confusion. On top of that, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so even though the processes behind the calculations are complex, the experience feels smooth and efficient.

What do you like best about Qobra?

We've had Qobra for a couple of months now at my job, after replacing another software designed to track our variable compensation. All I can say is: Qobra Does It Better!

I have more details, clickable links in the reports that show me which deals are being tallied in which category, quotas/targets for sales/renewals, percentage of target attained, NDR %, open deals still on the radar for this period, etc.--all of the details I want to be able to reference quickly and easily..

My favorite part? Getting an email once a week that says how many dollars in variable comp I've earned so far. That's the main metric I'm interested in, after all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
