**What do you like best about Qobra?**

Qobra is very reliable and easy to use in our SaaS environment. The interface is clean and intuitive, and we’ve never run into technical issues. What I really like is the Slack integration — we use Qobra as a Slack bot internally, which makes commission updates very visible and genuinely motivating for the team.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

There’s not much to dislike about Qobra itself. Most issues only arise when incorrect or incomplete data is imported from the CRM. In those cases, the results naturally depend on data quality upstream, but that’s not a Qobra-specific problem.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qobra helps us centralize and automate commission tracking, which removes a lot of manual work and uncertainty. Everyone has clear visibility into their performance and payouts, which builds trust and keeps the team aligned. The Slack integration also helps keep commissions top of mind without needing to log into another tool.

**What do you like best about Qobra?**

Qobra makes managing sales compensation extremely transparent and effortless. I particularly like the intuitive interface, clear dashboards, and real-time visibility into performance. It saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent in spreadsheets, and it builds trust across the team since everyone can see exactly how commissions are calculated.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

So far, the only minor drawback is that the initial setup requires some careful data alignment, but the Qobra support team was very responsive and guided us through it quickly. Once implemented, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qobra eliminates the headaches of managing commissions in spreadsheets and removes uncertainty for both sales reps and managers. **What do you like best about Qobra?**

Clear real-time visibility:
I always have a transparent overview of where I stand regarding my quota attainment. At any moment, I can see exactly what I’ve achieved and what I’m earning.

Motivating simulations:
The simulation feature is extremely helpful—being able to model different deal scenarios and instantly see how they impact my quota attainment and payout really motivates me and helps me plan my pipeline strategically.

Intuitive and easy to use:
Qobra is very user-friendly. I can click into any field and immediately understand the underlying calculation and logic. Everything feels intuitive and self-explanatory.

High transparency:
The platform builds trust because all calculations are visible and easy to verify. There’s no ambiguity and I always know exactly how my variable compensation is tracked.

Saves time & reduces back-and-forth:
I no longer need to chase down compensation explanations or double-check spreadsheets. Qobra centralizes everything and reduces manual work for both SDRs and managers.

Great for performance management:
It helps me stay focused on targets, understand drivers behind my variable compensation, and adjust my priorities accordingly.

Mobile experience could be improved:
The mobile version isn’t always as smooth or user-friendly as the desktop interface.

Limited filtering options in the deal overview:
At the bottom of the page, where all deals are listed, the overview can become hard to navigate. With many Closed Won deals (e.g., 100+), it’s difficult to quickly find a specific deal. Additional filter options (such as by IC name, deal name, or similar) would make searching much easier.

Occasional delays in data updates:
Sometimes new data or deals take a bit of time to appear in Qobra (though this may partly be due to our internal Ops processes)

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qobra solves the problem of lacking transparency and clarity in variable compensation. I always have a clear overview of where my team and I stand in terms of quota attainment, and how each deal impacts our earnings. The simulation feature is especially helpful, allowing us to model different deal scenarios and immediately see how they affect our quota attainment and payout. This motivates us and helps us plan our pipeline more effectively.

Additionally, Qobra is very intuitive and easy to use: I can click into any field and immediately understand the calculations and logic behind each variable. The centralized deal overview, along with the ability to communicate directly with ICs, managers, and the Ops team, simplifies collaboration and ensures that all information remains transparent and easy to follow. Overall, Qobra saves us time, reduces manual errors, and enables my team and me to focus more on performance and achieving our goals.

Being able to see the full payslip I’m going to receive, with complete disclosure, is really helpful. The UI is visually appealing, and the app performs great.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

A few improvements I’d like to see in Qobra are more options to display the evolution of payments in a clearer, more graphical way, along with additional filtering options to help narrow down the data.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All employees have clear visibility into the additional payslip: where the money comes from, the results they achieved, and how those results translate into money.

**What do you like best about Qobra?**

Since we started using Qobra, the way I track my results and targets has completely changed. I can now easily see my performance against my goals and know with total clarity and transparency how much variable compensation I’ll earn based on that.

The tool is very intuitive and makes the whole process much smoother. Before, we were managing everything with cumbersome Excel sheets, and the difference has been huge — now I have real-time visibility of my performance and incentives, directly integrated with the results we track in Power BI, without relying on manual calculations or waiting for reports.

Moreover, at the moment of implementation, we were able to start using it with ease, making the transition seamless.

In short, Qobra has made a big difference in how I manage my variable pay, giving me much more confidence and autonomy in my work.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

I use Qobra daily, and I can honestly say that so far I haven’t found any aspects that need improvement. Everything has worked smoothly and efficiently from the beginning, making it an essential tool in my routine.

Transparency is a key benefit for me, as Qobra lets me clearly see how my performance translates into variable pay, removing any uncertainty or guesswork. In terms of efficiency, managing targets and calculations used to involve cumbersome Excel sheets that were both time-consuming and error-prone. With Qobra, everything is now automated, which has made a significant difference.

The real-time tracking feature gives me up-to-date visibility of my results against targets, allowing me to monitor my progress continuously. Integration with Power BI is seamless, so the results I track there are automatically reflected in my compensation calculations.

From the start, I found Qobra intuitive and easy to use, with no need for a complicated setup or ongoing manual work. Personally, this has given me greater confidence and clarity about my variable pay. I save time and experience fewer errors compared to manual processes. **What do you like best about Qobra?**

As a team manager, I use Qobra every month and it has become an essential tool for our operations. It gives me great visibility into my team’s performance and saves a lot of time when calculating variable compensation and tracking results. It’s also very intuitive and easy to use, which makes the whole process much more efficient and smooth.

I’ve really enjoyed using Qobra — it’s a great tool that has made my work much easier and more efficient. The only area I’d love to see improved is having a bit more flexibility or customization in the text spaces used for message exchanges. That would make communication and collaboration within the platform even smoother.

**What do you like best about Qobra?**

The platform has seemed to me to be an extremely useful and comprehensive tool. I especially like that it allows me to view my commissions in real time, which provides me with transparency and control over my results. Additionally, the ability to confirm commissions directly from the platform makes the process agile and reliable.

Another aspect I greatly value is the automatic notifications I receive in my email every time I generate a commission. This detail, although simple, makes me feel happy and recognized by my company, as it reflects constant monitoring and immediate recognition of my effort. In general, I consider that the platform significantly contributes to improving motivation and the sense of belonging within the team.

**What do you dislike about Qobra?**

An opportunity for improvement that I identify in the platform is the lack of a functionality that allows planning and backing up commissions. I believe it would be very useful to have a planner or backup module, where a historical and organized record of commissions could be kept, allowing for more efficient consultation, comparison, and projection of information.

Currently, although the platform fulfills its main purpose, this improvement would provide greater control, traceability, and security of information, especially for those of us who manage multiple commissions or need to generate periodic reports. Including this functionality would further strengthen the user experience and increase confidence in the tool, knowing that there is always a clear and updated backup of the data.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general, I consider that the platform works very well and does not present any significant issues in its performance or usability. However, I think it would be a great improvement to incorporate a commission manager that functions like a commission bank, similar to a real bank. This functionality would allow users to save, view, and manage accumulated commissions, offering greater control, organization, and financial planning. It would be an added value that would further enhance the experience within the platform.

**What do you like best about Qobra?**

What I like best about Qobra is that it works as a top-tier tool for the calculation and management of variables. It provides a very clear structure that makes it much easier to handle complex compensation plans and scenarios that otherwise would be extremely time-consuming to calculate manually. The flexibility it offers allows me to adapt the calculations to the specific logic of our business without losing accuracy or control, which is something really valuable.

Another aspect I really appreciate is the transparency it brings: people involved can quickly understand how results are obtained, which builds trust and reduces questions or confusion. On top of that, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, so even though the processes behind the calculations are complex, the experience feels smooth and efficient.

Overall, I would say Qobra is not only a powerful calculation engine but also a tool that improves communication, saves time, and gives peace of mind because you know the variables are being calculated correctly and consistently.

What I dislike about Qobra is very minimal — sometimes, because the tool is so powerful and offers so many configuration possibilities, it takes a bit of time at the beginning to fully understand all the options and set everything up. However, once you get familiar with it, the learning curve becomes smooth and the flexibility ends up being one of its strongest points.

Qobra is solving the problem of managing and calculating complex variable compensation plans in a reliable and automated way. Before, this process could take a lot of time, involve manual spreadsheets, and create risks of errors or misunderstandings. With Qobra, everything is centralized, automated, and transparent, which reduces mistakes and saves a significant amount of time every month.

The benefit for me is twofold: on the one hand, I can be sure that the numbers are correct and consistent; on the other hand, it also makes communication with the team much easier, because everyone has visibility and can understand how their variable compensation is calculated. Sometimes, it takes a little while to find specific metrics or historical data if you don't use the tool every day. I'd also love more options to personally customize my main dashboard to show only the most relevant metrics to me at a glance, like my current pipeline value towards my quota.

A small disadvantage is that some advanced features require an initial learning period. Although the interface is quite intuitive, it may take time to understand all the customization options. However, with a little use, any user can get a lot of benefit from it.

**What problems is Qobra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems I have encountered when using Qobra is that the platform can be a bit complex at the beginning, especially when it comes to setting up all the specific parameters and calculations for commissions.

However, it has a great long-term benefit: by thoroughly customizing the configurations of Qobra, the tool allows for greater accuracy and adaptation to the specific needs of the company. Although it requires an initial learning curve, once properly configured, Qobra becomes an extremely powerful platform that optimizes all commission management processes and improves transparency, reducing human errors. This level of customization greatly benefits us at Factorial, as we can evaluate commissions accurately and without complications.
