They are prompt and always willing to adapt to to meet our needs. They hold monthly customer meetings to keep everyone current with new content and content creators. I am excited for the customization of the content to be able to include our branding and direct links to needed documentation within the content. I love that I get notifications, saying this content will be retiring and here are three choices we recommend. They actually are doing what they say in keeping their library fresh and up to date. **What do you dislike about OpenSesame?** OpenSesame now has three different ways to search their database. A standard search box, speak with one of their in-house experts, or use their AI curator. We have used all three, and good results from tough situations when asking their experts and their AI curation. **What problems is OpenSesame solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past it was difficult to include our employees on 2nd and 3rd shifts in trainings. However, what stands out to me the most about OpenSesame is their customer service. I always have access to a team member whenever needed, and I get quick answers to any problems or recommendations. The two-way communication is timely and extremely beneficial for the success of our learning. Additionally, the initial setup with OpenSesame was super easy, with their supportive staff answering all our questions as we navigated deeper into the content management. One of the biggest benefits of making the switch is time savings. We found that across all required compliance trainings, we are saving an average of 130 MINUTES per team member. Since we have over 5,000 team members, that time savings turns into cost savings for our company! We have found great content in different languages that is actually engaging, which we never thought was possible. **What do you dislike about OpenSesame?** There are A LOT of choices, and unfortunately, not every course has just one course file for multiple languages. Integrating Open Sesame with our HRIS, UKG was seamless. The website in easy to navigate. The AI curation feature gets better each time you use it and the ability to create and share lists with colleagues is a huge plus. **What do you dislike about OpenSesame?** My only criticism would be that the subscription is a little all or nothing.
