Our sales rep and CSM are both PHENOMENAL. They are quick to answer questions, they are able to come up with creative solutions to problems, and they understand our business needs and will do everything they can to accommodate them. One of the biggest benefits of making the switch is time savings. We found that across all required compliance trainings, we are saving an average of 130 MINUTES per team member. Since we have over 5,000 team members, that time savings turns into cost savings for our company! My only criticism would be that the subscription is a little all or nothing. You can either have a set up per learner per month with up to 100 courses allowed in your library or you can have per learner per month with access to infinite courses in your library. The system is incredibly user friendly, with easy implementation and valuable features. The filters and reporting capabilities make tracking progress efficient. Customer Service is outstanding- attentive, responsive and always willing to assist. My CSM, Alissa B. is consistently available for questions and provides excellent support and resources, ensuring my needs are met in a timely manner. An area of opportunity in OpenSesame would be more independence to filter and create reports based on topics and users. I would like to be able to filter a report by topic to gather number of training hours and have the ability to see on users who are and are not using the platform.
