The large selection of courses, and the ability to direct-send courses to individual users; also, the ability to add preview accounts to each group. Also like the help provided by the curation team. Customer support is awesome, they respond very quickly whenever we have any questions/issues. We use SuccessFactors LMS, it integrates with the LMS very easily.
