My CSM, Alissa B. is consistently available for questions and provides excellent support and resources, ensuring my needs are met in a timely manner. An area of opportunity in OpenSesame would be more independence to filter and create reports based on topics and users. I use OpenSesame courses at my company for all of our employees, but I also take advantage of them myself! The courses are well-made and offer valuable insights not just for work, but for other areas of life as well. From work-life balance to neurodiversity and skill development, the variety of courses available is immense! I also appreciate the customer service. The least helpful aspect for me is reporting. It can be challenging to get a quick overview of what someone has completed, especially when they’re working through a list of courses.
