My only criticism would be that the subscription is a little all or nothing. You can either have a set up per learner per month with up to 100 courses allowed in your library or you can have per learner per month with access to infinite courses in your library. The system is incredibly user friendly, with easy implementation and valuable features. The filters and reporting capabilities make tracking progress efficient. An area of opportunity in OpenSesame would be more independence to filter and create reports based on topics and users. I would like to be able to filter a report by topic to gather number of training hours and have the ability to see on users who are and are not using the platform. Overall our experience with OpenSesame has been great. If we had one wish, it would be for more consistency in course quality across providers and a more intuitive search experience to quickly surface the best content.
