**What do you like best about OpenSesame?**

course selection.   Multiple choices for each topic

**What do you dislike about OpenSesame?**

difficult to get replies and assistance.  Working through the cloud, other managers can't assign courses, can't easily have people re-take a course.

**What problems is OpenSesame solving and how is that benefiting you?**

problem getting user information and resetting passwords,  seeing their dashboard, resetting courses.
