Our sales rep and CSM are both PHENOMENAL. They are quick to answer questions, they are able to come up with creative solutions to problems, and they understand our business needs and will do everything they can to accommodate them. One of the biggest benefits of making the switch is time savings. We found that across all required compliance trainings, we are saving an average of 130 MINUTES per team member. Since we have over 5,000 team members, that time savings turns into cost savings for our company! There are A LOT of choices, and unfortunately, not every course has just one course file for multiple languages. I know this is something they're pushing publishers to do, but it can be challenging when we're trying to make the end user experience seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
