They are quick to answer questions, they are able to come up with creative solutions to problems, and they understand our business needs and will do everything they can to accommodate them. One of the biggest benefits of making the switch is time savings. We found that across all required compliance trainings, we are saving an average of 130 MINUTES per team member. Since we have over 5,000 team members, that time savings turns into cost savings for our company! There are A LOT of choices, and unfortunately, not every course has just one course file for multiple languages. I know this is something they're pushing publishers to do, but it can be challenging when we're trying to make the end user experience seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing is competitive with access to 10,000+ courses in a wide range of styles to suit a wide variety of learning types. There is literally something for everybody to learn in this library. Integrating Open Sesame with our HRIS, UKG was seamless. The website in easy to navigate. My only criticism would be that the subscription is a little all or nothing. You can either have a set up per learner per month with up to 100 courses allowed in your library or you can have per learner per month with access to infinite courses in your library.
