I love that I get notifications, saying this content will be retiring and here are three choices we recommend. They actually are doing what they say in keeping their library fresh and up to date. I use OpenSesame for curating course material and it does a great job of making learning fun and engaging. It provides opportunities to showcase different ways to bring new content to our organization, helping maintain a high learning culture and keeping things fresh. However, what stands out to me the most about OpenSesame is their customer service. I always have access to a team member whenever needed, and I get quick answers to any problems or recommendations. The two-way communication is timely and extremely beneficial for the success of our learning. Additionally, the initial setup with OpenSesame was super easy, with their supportive staff answering all our questions as we navigated deeper into the content management.
