"NexHealth Makes Dental Practice Management Effortless and Efficient"
What do you like best about NexHealth?

I love how the Support Team are very attentive and address all of your concerns very quickly and in a timely manner. There is no issue that goes unresolved. Plus, their platform is just one you cannot forget about-- it's super easy to maneuver around and if you are not the most tech-savvy person, then NexHealth's platform is the one to highly consider. Messages/Text to patients are like an Email format, where you see their name in a bubble, and the huge message history opens up, including the automated ones sent.

Their 'Home' button has all your patients listed for the day in order of the time they are arriving for their appointments. You can easily take payment from the Home screen, see if their insurance was verified, to quickly turn on/off the Review toggle and Reminders. It's really all there and SUPER simple.

Their Insurance Verification feature is TOP NOTCH! When I say, their Insurance Breakdown form is organized, it's VERY organized-- I can tell that someone who used to work in Dental field helped plan this breakdown because it's straight to the point and you see the information you quickly want to see first. Comparing Dentrix's insurance breakdown form w/ NexHealth, NexHealth is our absolute favorite! It's just pleasant to the eye and super easy to read.

Now, our absolute favorite feature is the Waitlist-- you have that one week where the Hygiene schedule is just falling apart w/ more than 10 cancellations, the Waitlist feature will be your savior by sending out a blast to all your patients who are waiting to get in sooner for a cleaning, or any appt, and the patient who selects the new appointment first will automatically be book! NexHealth will add the appt for you in your PMS; the entire feature is like a lottery and it's fun to watch those holes get filled up while all you did was click a couple of buttons, instead of calling patients one-by-one... SAVING YOU LOTS OF TIME! WE LOVE IT!

Lastly, their Payment feature is one of a kind. You can send a patient an automated text w/ their balance and the reason (service) of why they have a balance. In other words, it will show their balance is coming from an uncovered Exam, so they easily remit payment and saves you a phone call from the patient asking 'why'. You also see your A/R in a list and with a click of a button, you can send out a blast to many patients who have balances-- especially the younger crowd who prefer a bill electronically instead of paper. For the older generation, it plays out well, but many like paper, so you find that it works well for them, too, as they see it twice: a email/text and one in the mail. Once they receive the one in the mail, they are calling you to remit payment, no questions asked. It has made it simple in many ways and very easy for everyone to adjust.

In all, NexHealth has advanced in many ways to make it easier for the Front Desk staff, and practice, to have a much more easier and convenient way of running a dental practice-- especially with our PMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NexHealth?

As a dental office manager, I’ve worked with many service representatives over the years, and I can confidently say that Marco and Curtis from NexHealth stands out as one of the best.

From our very first interaction, Marco was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. We’ve been using NexHealth primarily for online booking, and while the core functionality has been great, our team was initially hesitant about expanding to use more of the platform’s features. Marco took the time to walk us through everything in detail never rushing us or pushing a hard sell. He carefully explained how each feature could integrate with our workflow, always tailoring his suggestions to meet the specific needs of our practice.

What really impressed me was Marco’s diligence and responsiveness. No question was too small, and every email we sent received a thoughtful, prompt response. What do you like best about NexHealth?

I like how NexHealth syncs with Dentrix, allowing me to save time and easily use both platforms together. I am really excited about the billing platform and how it keeps track of bills for us. I appreciate their friendly and helpful team, who got us up and running quickly and made the dashboard easy to use. The onboarding team was particularly helpful and made the setup quick and smooth. What do you like best about NexHealth?

We are loving the ease of use of NexHealth digital forms...it's been great to contact Cust Service and get a rep to walk you through how create or update a form and understand our needs. We recently started using the Payments feature...the implementation process was a breeze and we haven't looked back from our previous provider. We also love the messaging feature that allows us to set up an unlimited number of "auto texts" -- we use those daily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NexHealth?

Waitlist - we wish there was more flexibility with how to as we have a waitlist of over 1200 patients. We REALLY wish the recall date was used in the waitlist filters. We have made it work by coming up with several creative ways of filtering the list by adding new appointment types.

Messaging - we would love if there was "tag" that we could tag a message to a team member so it doesn't get lost in the many incoming texts if it's something they need to follow-up on

Payments - the family payments feature isn't quite there yet, it would be nice to send the total balance to anyone in the family with the breakdown of all services owed broken down by patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NexHealth?

NexHealth’s payments service has significantly improved our revenue workflow. It automates the entire process of collecting patient payments, allowing us to offer multiple payment options including SMS and email, which makes it super convenient for our patients. Since it is part of our existing NexHealth Patient Engagement platform, we are able to effortlessly monitor outstanding payments without having to jump between systems. This centralization has led to a noticeable improvement in our collection rates.

The system’s credit card terminals are easy to use, and the ability to securely store patient card information has enhanced our payment processing efficiency. Overall, NexHealth has made payment collection smoother, faster, and more efficient for both our team and our patients. What do you like best about NexHealth?

We have been using Nexhealt in our practice and it has made a huge difference in both efficiency and patient communication. Their appointment confirmation and online scheduling tools save our team so much time and make thinks easier for both the team and our patients.

We have been what I call living in the past with how we take card payments, having to type the card number in for each payment. We recently added the payment feature to our Nexhealth services and it has been a game changer. The Tap-to-pay feature on the wireless terminals make it a much smoother checkout for the patient.

The platform lets us run custom marketing campaigns which help us stay connected with patients and allows to easily get communications out in weather events and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NexHealth?

What do you like best about NexHealth?

Excellent customer service. Not only are they quick to implement any changes that we ask, but have previously put together a team to trouble shoot any issues that we have had. We use Nexhealth everyday to run our dental practice. Easy to use for both the front desk employees and the administrator. We switched from Solution Reach to NexHealth. We use digital forms, payments, and are in the process of adding insurance verification. It's user friendly, easy to use and understand.
