Recommendations to others considering Cloud 9:
You have to pay other third parties to do various other activities such as online forms, as Cloud 9 doesn't have any forms in it. It's basically a scheduler that is cloud-based with the ability to add scanned documents and photos, and X-rays. If you want to send out a blast email, you have to get a third-party vendor. If you're going to send out reminders that go out through the phone lines, you have to get a third-party vendor. We bought Birdeye for online reputation management, which integrates with cloud9, and we can text patients via Birdeye, but not via Cloud9. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is Cloud 9 solving and how is that benefiting you?
The nice thing about cloud 9 software is that it is paperless, and all of your patient data are on the cloud, which means I can access any patient info from any computer linked to the internet anywhere in the world. This information is helpful when there is a patient emergency outside the office, and I need to see the patient data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
