I use CINC as a CRM and appreciate its ease of use and auto-tracking features. It helps me communicate effectively with my database and keeps me in front of my clients while aiding in prioritization. I can stay updated with alerts simultaneously as my clients, which lets me inform them about market availability. This makes it an invaluable tool for my needs.

I find adding extra emails for contacts limiting because sometimes I need three for both my clients and myself.

As a new realtor, CINC  has been incredibly easy to learn and use. The layout is intuitive, everything is clearly organized, and I was able to get up and running quickly without feeling overwhelmed. I really appreciate how user-friendly it is while still offering powerful tools to manage leads and stay on top of follow-ups. It’s made building good habits and staying consistent much easier as I grow my business.

I like that CINC helped me connect with people not in my network. The platform is easy to use and very organized, which is important for managing real estate leads. I liked the home page and the tags you could use to label leads, as they were helpful and allowed me to keep everyone sorted.

The quality of the leads. There were many that were bad phone numbers, emails, or spam.

**What do you like best about CINC?**

I love that CINC continues to update and add new features. I also appreciate the education and training, from the Monday coaching calls to CINC University and all the webinars. It's super helpful to keep me in front of learning and new developments with the platform. These features help me build confidence in talking to clients and in building my business, and they help me grow as a real estate agent.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

I often get people that are submitting the wrong phone number, so the contact is not matching the phone number, or the AI text. They say they're not interested, and yet it still prompts me to reach out to them that they're a high potential lead and they're not.

**What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CINC helps me connect with interested parties beyond my immediate network, which is crucial since I don't know many people buying or selling homes. The continuous updates, coaching, and training boost my confidence in client interactions and help me grow as a real estate agent.

I wish the search engine for properties would pull up everything that is on the MLS. It may need more filters.

I like being able to quickly select properties that match the client's needs and wants and send them in an email. CINC's feature of having an assistant to send push notifications helps get clients back on the website, which makes it easier to communicate with them. When clients are on the website, I can see what they've viewed and explore options with them. The initial setup was easy, and honestly, there isn’t a lot not to like about CINC.

For over 10 years Cinc has been a important part of my business model.  I have had leads come back 5 years later. Tracking my leads is easy.  The platform is easy to use.  As to customer service , its fantastic.  I've has the same customer service rep for years and he is great!  Their training platform is great also.  They have a dialer to make your calls easy.  Right now I am checking their new AI platform

I can't think of everything if you use their support and training

**What do you like best about CINC?**

I've had CINC for over 7 years now. Yes, I have thousands of leads. Since CINC engages my leads, they will eventually reach out to me. It could take months and sometimes years for some of them to reach out. Or maybe I will take them out to look at houses and not hear back right away. I do end up closing sales with them. With today's crazy up-and-down market, my CINC leads are keeping me busy. The leads I have sold homes to are repeat customers selling their previous homes or looking for other investment properties. I took out a client from CINC 2.5 years ago, and we have maintained contact since then. My website kept them informed on new properties. They called me back to start looking again in the Spring. We just closed on a summer home for them for 2.5 mil.

It can be expensive, but the return outweighs the cost.

CINC is constantly trying to improve it's engagement and CRM. It keeps me current with todays technology.

Customer service has been above and beyond.  The initial onboarding process/training was excellent.  I am excited about this capability.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

I would have liked more hands-on lead management training to learn how I prefer to learn.  To understand the actual nuts and bolts.  From the beginning to the end to a closed-out client, which has gone through the entire process.  Even if it was a mock transaction.

**What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become our number one lead source.  It has also allowed us to manage and care for our clients.  I am a big fan of the direction of using the AI.  I am planning to make my business centered around this new technology.

**What do you like best about CINC?**

The quality of leads have been better than we've experienced with any other CRM we've used.  Our account manager is very responsive and helpful.  We also love that there is live support we can call when needed.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

Having used other crms there are some things about CINC that seem a little antiquated and time consuming.  Not having full access and control over the backend can be frustrating some times, we would like to be able to have more control over some aspects but we've learned how to deal with it and make it work.

CINC allows us to have all of our leads and complete client data base in one spot.  Leads are easily imported into CINC from other databases and we receive good quality Google leads from CINC as well.

The quality of Cinc's leads are far superior to any other of their competitors that my team and I have used.  Especially now that they try to authenticate all of the phone numbers after a new lead registers, and a high proportion of the leads that register actually do authenticate their phone numbers.  Plus the number of leads that Cinc generates each month triples what one of their competitors got for us for the same dollar spend.

Cinc does cost quite a bit more than their competitors, but the quality and the quantity of the leads they generate are far superior.

When they added their double authentication fo phone numbers for the leads they generate, that was a yuge success and added benefit!

Cost per lead, lead quality, live in-person training, helpful support, focus on my ROI, reputable/valuable ownership (FNF), focus on AI, and open API allow for integrations.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

Some features are static and don't allow for comprehensive business analysis and reporting. To be clear though, this isn't their value proposition. It's just on my wishlist. Their open API does allow for integrations with other programs that do. The mobile app dialer for prospecting is clunky, but I have been told that it is being revamped.

**What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cinc generates quality leads at a low cost and puts them into a user friendly CRM for me and my agents. This eliminates the potential for lows and lulls in my business. It's relatively easy to leverage their system to be a primary function of my overall systems and processes.

CINCs Website & CRM Integration is the best in the business of real estate. Everything is easily accessible in one place and limits the need for multiple platforms for lead generation and lead and client follow up.

I dislike that texting is often flagged as spam and does not work well in automations.

To me the best parts of CINC are being able to have my own leads/ CRM in the platform and also I like that there is a dialer option, it makes it so much easier to get through calls when I am dialing.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

What I dislike least about CINC is that often times when I am using the app from my phone, the app glitches a lot and it makes it hard to make calls from my phone, so I usually have to use my laptop to dial.

CINC is solving my problems of cold calling. Having the leads on CINC and having the dialer makes it easy for me to WANT to make calls. Having the script also benefits me. I love using the script because I find more people are willing to work with you rather than if you say the usual "how are you" and "how can I help you"

**What do you like best about CINC?**

In this 'it's a numbers game' business, CINC constantly gives me quality leads to engage with. I enjoy talking with potential clients from all over. I'm thankful for my Account Manager who's always available if I want to talk and for regular/routine check-ins. CINC's easy-to-use dashboard and common sense approach to leads keeps me in front of so many clients. I know the automated system means my leads are getting the info they need and this frees me up to go on more appointments. CINC has allowed me to qualify to be in the top 100 Realtors nationwide for Coldwell Banker.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

CINC is not an overnight success story. Building a successful business takes time and effort. I spend a lot of time on the phone calling bad numbers and talking with potential buyers who sometimes don't pan out. It can be frustrating talking with so many people to get one sale, but peristence pays off. It would be nice to have a better way to filter bad phone numbers since I waste a lot of time on that.

**What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CINC saves me time and that is everything. CINC's automated system means my clients are receiving emails daily about homes that fit their specific search criteria. CINC also makes my clients think and feel they are getting unique and personalized home matches. They often think it's me sending them homes which makes them feel more connected to me before we even meet in person.

**What do you like best about CINC?**

CINC is honestly one of the only things I have spent money on in my real estate business that has delivered. It is not necessarily easy to use, you must learn the system, you must be consistent with your usage and you must train constantly, however, the ROI is definitely there for the right kind of team/agent. The company has an excellent training program and events that focus on learning how to use the platform effectively.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

If you do not intend to use it in a planned, practiced way it will be too expensive for you. Our use case is that we only use it to harvest raw Google Pay Per click leads but don't use any of the transaction features because our brokerage offers something more cohesive. The platform requires a very tech savvy agent and will take a significant amount of time to onboard your team members. Some will simply not use it. It is best to focus on the agents on your team who will like and use it than try to force everyone to do it.

I am able to intergrate other lead sources right into my platform. NICH is the best client care manager I could ever ask for.

I dont really have anything positive to say but since I have to inorder to leave a review, I will say the only good thing was that the leadership team seemed to be concerned with our issues, yet still didnt do the right thing.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

Since day one the CINC lead system has been it has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was rushed, leaving our adminitrative team without any training. We were basically signed up and thrown into a system that was set up incorrectly by the CINC team, and it took a couple months to attempt to sort out the issues.

Although, our implementation manager was available for scheduled weekly check-ins, but these meetings felt pointless. Even on the implementation calls  we were always told to direct our questions to customer service, only to reiterate that the setup was flawed—something CINC had already messed up from the get go.

We were promised that our month advertising dollars would secure us some what of a  top placement on Google, yet months later, we’re still stuck on page 2, sometimes even page 3. The leads we receive are always clueless about why we’re calling; it’s obvious that the information collected is not accurate and or verified. Out of around 250 leads, not a single one has turned out to be valuable to date.

To make matters worse, we recently experienced a complete stop in lead generation for about a month. When we reached out for clarification and the CINC customer service discovered that our advertising had been turned off without our knowledge for weeks. It took escalating the issue to higher management before we finally got answers.

Overall, this experience has been a series of unfulfilled promises and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend the CINC lead system to anyone looking for reliable and effective lead generation. It’s been more of a headache than a help and I am extremely disappointed.  We asked to buy our way out of the contract and of course the only option was to pay the remainder, which is THOUSANDS of dollars just to be thrown down the drain.  We are a small business trying our best to stay afloat in the new real estate industry and hoped we had found a company that would uphold to its promises, yet in the end all they care about is getting the contract signed and getting their money, they do not care about the client or the success of the client.  I would never recommend this product to anyone in the real estate industry, and honestly wish I would have read some of their reviews first.

The Google advertsing has been great, we're getting many qualified leads that our agents are connecting with and turning into clients.

Having come from using another CRM for may years there are some processes that just don't work as seemlessly as we are used to but we are adjusting and the pros defineitly outweigh the cons.

The CRM is probably worth the money alone. Some really good and intuitive features thrown together in a simple easy to navigate GUI. Particularly like the ability to reverse prospect properties to individuals in the CRM.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

The scattergun approach to leads acquisition is poor to say the least. Many firms out there already offering the same service as CINC but with the added benefit of lead scrubbing. This reduces the amount of time as a busy agent I have to spend trying to qualify the weak Facebook and Google leads. I've spent as much time 'qualifying' CINC leads as I have my own cold calling leads. For the financial investment made in the solution, the value just isn't there. It is so much easier to hire a VA to scrub my Facebook and Google leads and only hand them over when they are ready to speak with someone.

**What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, I don't know that CINC is really solving any problems. While the CRM is able to pull in my Google and Facebook leads (which my old CRM couldn't) the leads require so much scrubbing as to really negate the time saving of manually inputting them direct from source.

**What do you like best about CINC?**

I love being able to keep up with my clients, tag them and see what is happening in my pipline. The phone app makes it easy to check on clients on the go! I am able to call new clients on the road and responded easily to all. No need for a bunch of random numbers in my text list. Cinic takes care of it all. Autotracks help to make sure no one is missed when the pipeline becomes busy. I highly recoomend Cinic!

I use Cinic everyday in my buisness. Customer support is always there to answer questions when the needed which is not often or at all with the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about CINC?**

Only dislike is when I connect with a new client on the phone app, it sometimes still sends out my "attempted contact" autotrack even though I had placed the client as "Contacted".

Having Alex start to conversation to every customer is convenient. He's a great way to break the ice. It's convenient we get texted letting us know the customer is ready for a follow up or just not interested. Customer support is reliable when you need help or having an issue.

The customers can change valid phone number or emails to invalid ones. If they didn't want to be bothering, to be shown how to unsubscribe.

I wish there was a tab for "notes" in each customers name.. even when I use ther filter I still have to scroll so far down to see all the notes I've written. 

 I also think it would be great if there was a "gifting" or "marketing" tab to keep track of 1 year anniversary gifts, pop-bys, etc

The leads aren't so great.  A lot of them are 'just browsing' or 'just wanted to see a house' for whatever reason.  Bad emails and phone #'s.   Even after I paid for the verified leads......
