I wish the reporting side was as good as something like CTE (excel program) but honestly that's nearly impossible. And the developers are constantly improving things. **What problems is Brivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staying in contact with leads routinely is a massive benefit. I also love the Transaction Autoplans as they keep our transactions running smoothly time and time again. It's fairly self explanatory on the CRM side of things but every "All-in-one" platform comes with many flaws. Onboarding was phenominal. Very attentive and helpful but once I was fully onboarded, I couldn't get a response from support. **What do you dislike about Brivity?** They care more about selling clients more services than making a great product. The website editor and Blueroof 360 team were a big deal breaker for me. There's no call recording in the CRM. How are you supposed to run business our of a CRM without call recording? Its the best thing for anyone trying to take them real estate business to another level then Brivity is what you need to invest in. **What do you dislike about Brivity?** Wish the app was able to do same as desk top verions. There are some features that thr app isn't able to do and it would be best if it could. Thr desk top version needs more type to search drop down options for auto plan **What problems is Brivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brivity helps me remotely manage the 10 team members we have working throughout California. It helps pull leads in to grow out database and track call, text, and transactions. ### 7. You do not need to piece meal everything together. **What do you dislike about Brivity?** Everyone at the company is absolutely incapable of helping you. You won't speak to an impolite or mean person, but in the same breath they will promise you the world and show up empty handed. I spent over $15,000 there and put hours on hours into the system and spoke to everyone they had and no success. In over 15 months they did not get 1 hot lead. Their final excuse was "you're in a tough market". That was it. If you are a seasoned agent and you want to pay a ridiculous premium to have an all in one crm, brivity is for you. If you're an agent that's looking to grow your business or expand your current business STAY AWAY. I moved into a new market starting from scratch and they told me to do Facebook ads with ad manager etc. over $800 a month. This was the most unprofessional and unethical thing they did, because this was a straight money grab. When I hired a real estate coach he was baffled by this because it takes over 18 months for buyer leads to mature-- which occurs at a 2% rate. Brivity SOLD ME on this plan-- absolutely unprofessional terrible company. I had numerous issues, such as them marketing to the wrong areas. I am in Long Island and they did Facebook ads to queens for 3 months. Then they messed up for another 3 months advertising in Long Island city-- I mean really just a complete joke. Of a company. They would call me with their "top customer service reps" and I would spend over 2 hours on the phone with them and they would say "wow this is terrible I'm going to get back to you on Tuesday with a plan of action". That next Friday I'd email a follow up. Weeks would go by no follow up, then months... I urge anyone to really stay away from brivity. It's overpriced, the customer service is useless, they are highly disorganized internally which they admitted to me many times. My campaigned performed at $22 a buyer lead which is absolutely embarrassing for them and the next month they emailed me saying good news your buyer lead is down to $21.50! I emailed them back is it April fools or something? This was the beginning of them saying they don't have an internal system to notify them when campaigns are doing poorly. So all in all- I have 100's of hours and $15,000 invested into brivity and not one hot lead. There are many other more established companies at lower price points that you should go. This is a small unorganized money grabbing business unethically and unprofessionally selling products they cannot provide services too. **What problems is Brivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Please see the above. Absolutely stay away from this company. They are not educated on crm or marketing-- just a group of very nice people selling products they absolutely don't understand or aren't capable of providing. ### 8. Stellar Start. Response from Brivity has been utterly devastating and a total slap to myself and those on my team trying to resolve this issue. Last Wednesday, I realized my texts were not processing, which means this problem most likely occurred earlier during the week. This review will be upgraded to 10/10 once I receive feedback to resolve this issue. I have another CRM through my brokerage that works just as good. I wanted to see if this CRM had anything that was different or special about it in comparison to what I was already using. It's just way more expensive is all I found. I'm glad I tried it but it just doesn't makes sense dollar wise. Especially considering both CRMS do just about the same thing. They are making it difficult to cancel which is annoying. But I'm canceling regardless. I could be using that money for more important things like marketing. They do not back up their "guarantee success in real estate." No one could tell me what this means. We were disappointed in the usability, speed of service, lack of customization on the website, how long it took to set up, COST, and no one ever got back to me about the "guarantee" that the advertise. We are with Boomtown now and it is so much better! With any technology, it does glitch every now and then. **Recommendations to others considering Brivity:** If you don't have a CRM, then you definitely need to spend the time to talk with a sales rep. If you do have a CRM, take a side by side comparison and I believe that Brivity will have more features than any current CRM that is out there. It is a complete CRM and transaction system that has leveraged our ability to do real estate. We love the ability of the system to send texts and emails automatically through the auto-plans. Our agents love it when they receive a text response from a lead, who had just responded to one of the auto texts Brivity sends out. Love Brivity Marketer & Listing Alerts! The transaction system is amazing and saves so much time and labor. It has really helped us reduce our expenses. On the lead management side... it saves us so much time with having everything we need, in just one platform. There is no longer a need for a transaction management software and a marketing software and a lead management software. Transaction management, lead nurturing, lead generation. It has it all. My favorite part of Brivity is the transaction management. It’s auto plans make it so you can “set it and forget it”. No more worrying about forgetting to do anything. **What do you dislike about Brivity?** Only downside to Brivity is the price. Full platform is over $500/month. It’s 100% reasonable. Very competitive price wise, and very fair given what you get. But only serious agents need apply! Be ready to work hard and get paid. **Recommendations to others considering Brivity:** Do it. It takes a little time to set up, but we now have Automated nurtures set up for all types of leads. The tracking, follow up, and transaction management is easy to use once set up, and leads flow seamlessly through the system. No other CRM has such robust Transaction Management built right in. I LOVE that our clients can see all of our tasks (the ones we mark visible anyway). Being able to run transactions through here is super efficient for everyone on my team to know what’s going on at all times. Auto texts are a life changer! The auto plans are all great, and we use them for every stage of lead to client to closed. Also my clients prefer to use my website through Brivity for their home searches over our MLS because it’s so much more user friendly. The communication between these different sites is functional, but they're not integrated as well as I would have hoped. This ultimately leads to more clicks than necessary, and information being housed across different websites instead of in one central location. **Recommendations to others considering Brivity:** Take the time to set up your account in such a way that you can take full advantage of the services offered through Brivity. Our team implemented the client-facing portals relatively slowly, and as a result we were missing out on a huge part of the Brivity's value proposition. On a similar note, definitely take advantage of Brivity's Listing Alert and Market Report features. They will absolutely improve your business by providing your contacts with automatic, valuable touches throughout the year. **What problems is Brivity solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I mentioned, our goal with Brivity was to take five different pieces of software and do the same thing (ideally even better) with a single platform. I was sold on ability to do custom work and custom searches, but this is not true. I have asked over and over to change the search to fit my needs and left empty handed after 6 months. Customer service is all talk and no action. **Recommendations to others considering Brivity:** If you work in a large area with multiple MLS's or have ANY kind of specialized market, like retirement, equestrian, waterfront, etc, the technicians are not able to deliver to these markets. My guess is that they base everything off their local area property needs and it is not at all good for East Coast or large diverse markets. The searches, front and backend will not give your clients the proper homes and they quickly leave your site for zillow or realtor.
