Not an instant fix. **What do you dislike about CINC?** Downside, they have workflows and landing pages however even after attending in person training 2x I've not mastered all the program has to offer. The training covers calling leads and skimming over the other features. If you pay for multiple users you have an account manager who will help with the other features. If you're a solo agent you get a help desk. Never the same person, the Helpdesk has an obvious high demand job and the service is minimal. **What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead generation ### 4. I used CINC for several years, and it served me well in the beginning, and then it was time to move on to something more stream lined - not to mention - less expensive. CINC is like my Grandpa's `1974 Forf LTD. You know there are Porsches out there but the ride is comfortable so you stay put. It is only after moving FROM CINC that you realize how dated it is. Customer support is great. CINC is just not intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering CINC:** The platform is great. The sales people are great. Onboarding is great. Customer service is great. But they get a big FAIL for account service and accountability. If I'm spending $1000/mo on online ad spend, I went to see where/how the $$$ are being spent, PPC, etc. I also want to see the ads that are running. I have requested this several times and it has not been provided. My first account rep was great. I was then passed on to two additional reps that seemed very new. **What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a great platform for online lead genertion - and for maintaining your existing database. It's just clunky. ### 9.
