Most agents are not experts in creating attractive email templates. What CINC provides is pretty standard. I use a power dialer, MOJO, that has a traffic email tools to add photos, buttons, change colors and more. **Recommendations to others considering CINC:** This is the most advanced CRM's that I have used. Was with any program, you should study the system to not only know what it is capable of but understand how it works. What helps me is that try to learn 1 new tool at a time and implement it into my business. Next thing you know you have multiple AutoTracks preforming to specific leads. And direction marketing campaigns for listings. Make uses of the Reminders, they keep me organized for daily follows up. **What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the use of AI, I'm able to send out the most accurate messages at precise timing catching the buyer active when it counts most. I love the AutoTrack system, I'm able to build strategic campaigns to bring leads back to CINC and monitor & track their uses. With hope that leads with interact with AI more. ### 2. The reminders and pipeline stages are easy to use to keep you on top of your leads and there is even a recruiting lead database that is kept separate from the buyer/seller leads. It is simple for me to run my ISA team and for them to assign leads to agents that best fit the leads personality profile. It is easy for us to view properties prospects have looked at to more easily vet them. Another powerful feature is the filtration system, this is extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about CINC?** The fact that you cannot set a drip campaign to be sent out on a specific date and time for all leads on the drip- it would be very valuable to have this option for monthly newsletters and such. Also, the search function needs a lot of work. And I do mean a lot. The e-mail system could use some more formatting options (font, for one). The personal web pages could be more customizable to be in line with more professional sites. A great CRM and personal site is a massive draw for users. **Recommendations to others considering CINC:** For a paid CRM service you will not go wrong. I have used other high end CRM's built for Realtors, and me being in Canada, the others were not as tuned for the Canadian space as CINC is. In terms of cost, it is pricey, but the support and services available make it worthwhile. That being said, there are cheaper CRM's out there, but of course, you get what you pay for. **What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a lead generation platform that could be an all in one solution- we found it. We have benefitted by training our agents how to properly use the system to boost their sales from 30-80% over 2 years. ### 3. This is great for new team members that don't know where to start. The only thing with that is the page will turn and the thought, task or even phone number of a potential client gets lost. I can't tell you how much my life has changed using CINC. I can set reminders for myself in months advance, I can stay in front of my leads a lot more efficiently and track anything I need for my business. They also offer many templates to help "nurture" clients and your sphere of influence. I also get many compliments from my clients that they have never experienced such a beautiful and organized platform. No more paper lists for me! **What do you dislike about CINC?** The only thing I would improve on this product is an easier way to import leads. Changing brokerages it was hard submitting my leads and having them sign in each time to get rid of the "flags." But, this could also be a good thing because it opted people that truly wanted to work with me go into my system and clean out older stagnant leads. While it has some tools for sellers, these could be more robust. I used CINC for several years, and it served me well in the beginning, and then it was time to move on to something more stream lined - not to mention - less expensive. CINC is like my Grandpa's `1974 Forf LTD. You know there are Porsches out there but the ride is comfortable so you stay put. It is only after moving FROM CINC that you realize how dated it is. Customer support is great. CINC is just not intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering CINC:** The platform is great. The sales people are great. Onboarding is great. Customer service is great. But they get a big FAIL for account service and accountability. If I'm spending $1000/mo on online ad spend, I went to see where/how the $$$ are being spent, PPC, etc. I also want to see the ads that are running. I have requested this several times and it has not been provided. My first account rep was great. If you text and email and call from the CINC app, this also helps keep track of the client's actions and what they are doing and how you have communicated. CINC has a help section that has everything you could think of to ask and their support system 800 number is always on hand to answer your questions. **What do you dislike about CINC?** Some of the leads aren't serious or are way out in timeframe, but there are also a lot of leads on the platform that ARE ready NOW or very soon and you have to work the system to grab those leads and get them closed! **Recommendations to others considering CINC:** You really have to use the system daily and make the calls. The leads do not close themselves. If you work the system the right way then it works for you. This is really an amazing system and can help new realtors and experienced realtors. **What problems is CINC solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've closed 3 homes with CINC so far and also my agents and I are showing multiple clients homes right now. But, you will fill up your long term pipeline, and as long as you continue making the calls, the rewards can be quite lucrative. Like I mentioned before, be prepared to work because CINC requires "A LOT" of follow up via phone, text messaging, emails, etc..
