It also allows me to give detailed instructions for my real estate transactions. If people have TLDR syndrome, this helps overcome that. I can also create one video and reuse it over and over again. One of the best features is that the back office allows me to organize, rename and delete videos. I can even create videos in the back office and upload videos that I make outside the platform. One of the coolest things I do with the platform is to record a holiday song video with my family, then send it to my database. And then we send it to our family as well. They love it! **What do you dislike about BombBomb?** BombBomb's downside is that you have to use it regularly to be effective. Sure, it runs in the background when you are sleeping. But, the real power is engaging people every day. I find that I go through spurts of activity and inactivity. If I just did a few a day instead of one day with a bunch, that might be easier and I wouldn't beat myself up mentally. But, so much of life is like this. Makes life so much easier when combined with a great CRM like KV Core. The ease of use is what most people will really enjoy, whether you're sending a video from the mobile app or the desktop. **What do you dislike about BombBomb?** When it comes to tracking I don't always get accurate intel about which email address watched my video. Most written text has little to no emotion in it. It only has inferred emotion. Sending emails through BombBomb allows the "reader" to receive more personalized communication and know exactly what emotions you are trying to convey! Also, it only takes a minute or two to record a video. I can't think of anything that doesn't work or that I don't like. I guess if I were going to change one thing, it would be to have the email templates a little bit more intuitive. Bomb bomb is way more engaging then a typical email. My open rate is 96%. it is way easier then other video email options. i also like that the system tracks email opens and also tracks video views even to the point of how much % of a video was watched **What do you dislike about BombBomb?** The integration with outlook is spotty. when it works it works great. however many times i have to deactivate the add on or my email will not load or i need to load in safe mode. It is easier to put a title on when going through the website vs the outlook integration **What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?** i can communicate much deeper and it also saves me time in that i do not have to spend drafting an email and then editing. i can send way more video emails in the time i can send one written email. Agents are able to create emails in our CRM and add in videos with ease. BombBomb makes it super easy to organize videos into folders and most importantly, is a tried and true to solution for both embedding videos and getting a URL without posting to a public platform like YouTube. **What do you dislike about BombBomb?** It can be a little slow at times when uploading videos. I would never upload more than 5 in a day because I would basically be watching paint dry for 2 hours. I also wish you could edit the video details while it is uploading. A little silly that doing something as simple as editing the title cancels the upload altogether.I don't always want to post videos on public platforms like YouTube but the fast uploading and efficient use of editing during that time makes it a better option when I'm in a pinch. **What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a real estate team, we need embed links and video URL to add our virtual tours to the MLS. They are specific rules regarding virtual tours. (i.e no contact info or branding). BombBomb meets those requirements for us. It also integrates with our CRM making email marketing extremely easy. It is so easy to use - pretty much plug-and-play - that it's hard to do it wrong. I don't usually record using BB live; rather, I record a video externally and then upload it. My favourite thing is the dynamic integration in email; the thumbnail view is fantastic, and I always get a lot of hits on my videos. The 1-2 times I've had support issues, their team is THE BEST. They investigated my issue right away, and most recently, by reaching out to support, I learned they had a video trimming feature that cut a step out of my original workflow and simplified my life further. Also love that they use their own tool internally, sending me quick videos to share feedback and touch base. **What do you dislike about BombBomb?** One feature I would love to see is a little more granularity around views of my videos - especially when I send to multiple folks. I'd like to see who exactly has watched it and for how long.
