# What is the best way to use CINC as a full CRM? Currently using as lead management/CRM only for CINC leads...

I'm looking to get rid of Top Producer, and not sure whether I should use CINC as my CRM...considering all options...

I think it depends on the functionality you are looking to replace. We started with CINC as a CINC lead only platform, but very quickly converted to a full on CRM, from Top Producer actually. It has every feature that we could think of, and a lot of the other features we liked about TP, turned out to be bloat. The basics in CINC, including autotracks, make it incredibly efficient, without the unneeded bloat.

I have been with CINC since 2012 and TP since 1997, They are integrated, I still keep the TP. The reason is I have categorized the leads (such as Past customers, clients, soi, realtors, and all service providers) and when I want to target that particular category, then I have a way to sort them out and send my marketing material. (Also, I have my Financials since 1997 ) that is updated monthly.

Haven't used Top Producer for years. So I'm not the best for answering that.
