What do you like best about indigitall?

What I like most about Indigitall is its ease of use, the high level of delivery and reliability of the system in both Push and SMS, and the close and timely technical support when needed. The interface is clear and allows you to create, segment, and send SMS in very few steps. Both Push and SMS have a fast and consistent delivery rate. Additionally, we have achieved several automations and advanced segmentation, and the technical team is always available. I like the integration of logical flows in push notifications and segmentation because it ensures that the message reaches each user through the most effective channel. I also appreciate being able to segment by website events and send personalized communications. I love the ease with which I can communicate with technicians through indigitall, as I can significantly reduce the volume of calls and manage communications efficiently by using the chat. The setup process was very simple and liberating, allowing me to filter and prioritize responses according to need. I use indigitall for mass sending of text messages and push notifications for my marketing campaigns daily. What I like is that it shows me detailed metrics of the campaigns I have sent and allows me to have the history of all my campaigns. This helps me understand how many people read or click on the messages, know which ones are more appealing, and at what time it is best to send campaigns. I would like that when presenting the metrics, there are no errors and I could have the visual immediately. In text messages, sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes to display the statistics. I want the numbers to be shown in real time and in a more detailed way, not just those who clicked, like the time they opened the message, from which device it was, and if they returned to the text message at any additional time. I love how easy and intuitive the setup of indigitall was, which greatly facilitated the initial process. I appreciate being able to create skills and configure them, as this is very intuitive and useful for our daily use. Indigitall has allowed us to save a lot of time by providing quick responses to our customers through WhatsApp. The ability to see advisors' skills in real-time and configure the bots is extremely useful and significantly benefits our workflow. I highly value the stability of the software, as it has provided us with reliable service since our implementation.
