Ease of the platform. The platform is user-friendly and easily manageable for the beginner. The tabs for 'new hires' 'reports' 'administration' etc. are extremely identifiable and comprehensive. Health, vision and dental, along with policy numbers are identifiable in one easy screen and eligible employees are also easily identifiable.
Reports tab has monthly premium, enrollment and payroll tabs - both for ease of identifying necessary and pertinent information with a quick push of a button or glance.
Available plans are available for review with ease and are easily identifiable. Adding dependents, changing addresses, etc. is simple. The accuracy of the information however is contingent upon making sure input on the HR Payroll side is correct. GoBenefits keeps track of regular/full time employees and their eligibility status for you. Once an employee is deemed full-time, whether through tenure or hours worked, GoBenefits sends an invite.
Overall the entire platform is amazing! Not sure how the interface bridges with payroll, but it is magic. The color, compartmentalization and ease of the GoBenefits platform are perfect for the executive or sole business owner.
Having described the ease of the platform, I have not mentioned the availability and friendliness of the staff/administrators. The response to any questions or problems has always been SAME DAY if not the same HOUR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Password resets, though through a simple email to the administrator and it is quickly resolved.
