# How do I limit  employees to enter more  accrual time then they have available?

I think there must an option to  limit  employees to enter more  accrual time then they have available, but we currently don't know how to do it

Best way may to be use the SQL user exit to validate or correct the entry.  User exit allows custom code that applies before, during, or after a stored procedure runs.  All screens call a stored procedure so you can custom almost anything if you want to.
