EBS is very easy to use and Its User interface is also easily understandable.

Let's start with the setup, It doesn't require any technical-level expertise

to set up and run it.

Easy access to timekeeping data, the system is easy for staff to use and it works.

The software interfaces with our payroll system with minimal extra work. It allows us to keep all timekeeping related functions in one place. With a few clicks our payroll clerk is able to collected, check and export the timekeeping data for uploading to our payroll system. Staff and their supervisors can easily check PTO balances and make/approve requests for time off. From an administration standpoint, the system is pretty hands off, once it's installed very little work has to be done to maintain it. About the only con I can talk about is that we have to manually remove supervisory users from the system via direct manipulation of the SQL table that holds them. There is no option to remove them from within the application. We've asked for this option to be added a number of times, but so far that has not occurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

EBS refers to their software as a platform rather than a product, which to me, tells me the sky is the limit. When a software company provides a product, you as the user, are expected to fit in to what they have created. With EBS you are provided a platform, where you begin to learn, explore and create something that best accommodates your situation. As a seasonal business we have multiple requests, requirements and reports other companies may find abnormal. EBS has went above and beyond to customize a platform to accommodate our needs

Everything with the EBS Product is Web Based; which save our company lots of dollars. This also made it possible for the Payroll Department to keep the staff down. We now have applicants entering their own information and completing their own forms online; this is important, since they are the only one that has control over their forms. It now takes human error out of the picture. The Payroll and HR process is easy to use and has help us complete our process with ease. EBS-PaySuite is a product that will take any company small or big into the future. One of the important things with this program is that we can make it a product specially for us, it is not a can program that what you get is what you have!!! EBS payroll software is very user friendly, powerful, easy to use technology that allows our company to handle all of our HR, Payroll, Benefits and Time & Attendance in one place, which also comes with dedicated support from EBS. EBS is not integrated with our ERP system, therefore we have to manually transfer data between EBS and our ERP software. I heard from EBS that they are already trying to contact our ERP software company, so they can create a software to integrate with them. We are looking forward to that. This is a hard question to answer because when I have an issue it gets resolved with a phone call. If I had to give one dislike, it would be in regards to self-service.
