# How can I get out of state jobs per employee reports for workers comp

Workers comp penalizes if I can not prove hours worked out of state via payroll reports

Hello - The states would have to be departmentalized.  For example – Painters – Maryland,  Painter – Virginia, etc.  From there we could generate a wage report that would break it up by department.
