# How do i sort by process

What is the best way to review where applicants are in the process without clicking into records?

Hi James,
  I recommend viewing your pipelines per position in either the &quot;Applicants&quot; or &quot;Candidates&quot; tabs. This will show you a high level view of who is in what bucket as well as what has been completed on that person.

Try following these steps: 

Click on &quot;jobs&quot; in the upper left hand corner
Select the job title you are looking to view the pipeline of
Within that role you should see &quot;applicants&quot; and &quot;candidates&quot; tabs (along with Hires, Declined, and Details). 
When viewing the pipelines in either applicants or candidates you should see that broader overview it sounds like you are looking for.
