Right now, it is very difficult to deduct against a retainer. Also, PLEASE let users be able to add images to invoices. Say I buy a bed for a client. I want to be able to add a small picture of that bed onto the client's invoice.

You charge way too much to just get annual payroll tax updates which is a simple process. We don't need but just for 1 state. There should be an option for us to install ourselves. I don't need your software updates.

The system is loading a page in 10-30 seconds. We were advised that this is due to too few transactions in the system.. Is it a known issue? How was it solved?
