Train your teams to use it with the right philosophy, document everything you do and do everything you document

Training is crucial, don't just jump into action, this is a very powerful tool but if the users aren't correctly trained you will have a hard time going live.

Have each of your production areas have an isolated environment, your locations should reflect those in production as to keep your stock at "eyeballing range"
