# How are you handling Purchase Order price and quantity options in Sage Intacct?

In Sage Intacct, I like how quickly I can look up past invoices, and it has been helpful for attaching PDF invoices. The main struggle has been with the price and quantity options for Purchase Orders, especially given the cost. How are others working around or configuring PO price and quantity options while still keeping invoice lookup and PDF attachments smooth?
