# Did others have the same problems as we did we connecting specific banks?

We've only had experience with connecting RBC to Kashoo and it worked flawlessly. Reach out to Kashoo Support if you're having issues, they're prompt and useful.

Hi Philip - I know that up until last year, my bank (credit union) wasn't part of the larger 'networks' of online services and thus - could not connect automagically.  It didn't really affect me much, as I'm a one-man show and can match things for taxes after the fact.

That said if your bank is on 'the list' - and still not connecting - I'm sure Kashoo Support can get you going.     Hope this helps, maybe someone else has more insight.   ;)
