BlackLine has been very dependable with no major outages that I can recall in the years I've used and supported the product. My favorite thing about Blackline, however, is our sales and customer success reps have always been amazing and dependable. **What do you dislike about BlackLine Financial Close Management?** BlackLine seems to have a focus on bigger clients. While this makes sense, the mid-market and smaller-market businesses seem to be forgotten in the software development process for new features, UI updates and more. **Recommendations to others considering BlackLine Financial Close Management:** BlackLine U is the best method of learning BlackLine as well as utilizing the sandbox if you have it. **What problems is BlackLine Financial Close Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** BlackLine helped digitize many of our processes used in Accounting. Why would a transaction not from payroll hit the payroll taxes payable account?
